First time at GOODYEAR in Englewood, NJ after my local shop in Westwood permanently closed and I was pleasantly surprised! After having difficulty with pricing and long wait times in the past at Westwood, I truthfully expected more of the same in Englewood. NOT SO! They honored my existing service contract from Westwood (free tire rotation with tire purchase), were repectful of my 12pm appointment despite the shop appearing quite busy and the job was completed within thirty minutes-OUTSTANDING! Additionally, I was met by sales associate Paul M. who acknowledged me immediately with a warm greeting and friendly smile and provided excellent customer service. My only minor complaint was that it was quite warm in the waiting room but I didn't dare say a word knowing that the staff were working hard in the bays without a/c on a ninety degree summer day. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent customer service and repairs. I have used them several times for a variety of issues and they’re very helpful and honest. There’s even been a few times I’ve had emergency situations and they’ve always found a way to look at my car and get it taken care of fast. Really appreciate this place and all the employees are awesome.

I had a pair of struts put on my 2003 Toyota after another shop told me it needed them (I had already thought so). I felt no pressure by anyone at this shop to have them replaced and in the end they actually beat the price at the other shop.
So far, so good on the struts.
The service, from Leo, David and Paul was attentive, professional and friendly.

I went in last saturday to replace all 4 tires. They damaged my rims.This was my first visit to this shop and it will definitely be my last. Staff was friendly

Very dismissive, went for an alignment and they insisted I get a rotation. The alignment was off and the car steering wheel is way stiffer& heavier than before the alignment & rotation. Huge difference They fixed the alignment which was botched and insisted that there are no issues & the steering was normal. If the owner of the car is telling you there is an issue, there is an issue. I know my car. Also a bunch of sounds when I steer that I didn’t hear before
More than likely a botched rotation which he didn’t want to check so he dismissed as fine.

The staff was very friendly, I needed a translator to communicate with my poor English, they were very patient and waited, which was the main reason I came here. This is something I have never experienced anywhere else! They are very professional and highly recommend this place!

I took my wife’s car in because her check engine light was one. She had 9 codes popped up. They went above and beyond to pin point the problem. The manager Danny that work’s Saturday mornings made sure the car was good before I left. Thank you.

Went in this morning and they were *supposed to be open at 730. Sat there for 3-4 minutes. Doors were locked, all lights were off- while the sign and online it states it’s open at 730… nothing more unprofessional than not opening on time.. won’t be coming back here again.

Had a very bad experience here. Mechanic/ service rep try to make up false repairs. I came in for a multipoint inspection that I do annually. I was informed I needed $650 of repairs on things I did 1 months prior. Then I noticed they put my tires as a low 6/32 when the 2 rear were new. I was told they just checked one and put same number for all. I am very disappointed and can't trust a place like this. Making up repairs that aren't needed is untrustworthy

Our family has been going to good year for over 40 years. I always get my tires with warranties and alignment insurance at this spot. I started getting my oil changed frequently here. This one time my car broke down and they allowed me to keepIt at the shop, tended to all my needs/requests, fixed it up first thing in the morning, and honestly they left me lost for words. God bless them.
