The service department here is awful. I left my car three times for the same problem, but they didn't even look at the issue, conveniently stating that the car does not have the problem I raised. Although they will fix all recall issues (for which they already got paid by Ford), they don't seem to care about all other problems. Please do not waste your time and money there. Avoid Ford of Englewood at all costs.

Nice salesman I met Spanish guy. I would feel confident buying a car from this guy seems like a straight arrow. He explained to me how everything works with Ford finance.

I called because my windshield wiper fluid wasn’t dispensing and went in on the same day to get it checked. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they took care of it on the spot! It was a quick fix but still much appreciated!!!

Do not repair your vehicle here. They will order the parts at a much higher price which can be three times higher then the MSRP, and never discuss the price with me until the day I pick up my vehicle, Which just like a scam. Plus my car still makes the weird sound that it used to make. This is second time here, will never get my vehicle back here, rather drive much more further to a different shop

First time to leave a review in public but I have to do it this time because these guys are good. It is not easy to find honest and competent mechanics. I have tried multiple car repair shops after moving to the NYC metropolitan area but none of them could solve the problems that my car had except for these guys. Brian and his team are very honest and they know what they are doing. When it comes to fees, definitely transparent and the diagnostic fee is also very reasonable compared to the neighbors.
