I am so pleased with the service I got today and highly recommend coming here. I came in for new tires and had them all replaced quickly and for an excellent price. Service was friendly and very efficient. They even took my car to Lexus for a special need that they couldn’t do in house. I had my car back within hours of drop off and will gladly return here for service in the future. Thank you!

Great customer service!Our new tire purchased eight months ago needed to be replaced since we didn’t purchase tire warranty, instead of paying another $300 and more for a new tire Phil Dizanza, the assistant manager there, extended a big favor and helped us out. Took Kia there for a Oil Change. They discovered my radiator was leaking , it made sense after they showed me the leak it seemed so hot and humid when walked around the front of the car like steamI had them do the repair and change the radiator.I got the car back and a few days later the air conditioning stopped working.I took the car back and was told the condenser or gasket was leaking and it’s over $800 to replace it. I was a little more then mad. Since the new radiator was suppose replace the hoses too and they flush and add fresh Freon and new thermostat after I was just told a couple days earlier how much colder the car would feel new Freon and new thermostat.Nothing about a possible freon leak or bad condenser .Went back today talk to the manager he was very nice let me discuss what’s going on and told me he would cover the condenser replacement that someone should have told me about the issue when picked up the car. And should have let me know that the old hoses had to be reused because a issue with Kia and getting hoses, they are back ordered for months.I will be bringing my car back to this ETD location for repairs and oil changes and recommending them to anyone ask where to take their car for service.

Friendly staff, nice facility. HOWEVER-- I went in for an oil change, to which they basically convinced me that my car needed to be checked as a 30,000 mi standard checkup. They recommended that I should change my air filters, then they told me my front two tires had low treads. I asked if I could just rotate the tires but again, they convinced me that I was better off just getting new tires. I swear I overheard the guy say that a wheel alignment would be included in the service, but on the receipt I was charged an additional $100. As I drove off, my new tires had psi of 40 psi and my old ones were at 29 psi. I drove off not realizing but had to go back to pump my own tires later that night as it is dangerous to drive with tires with that big of a difference in psi. Tl;dr - I went in for a routine oil change, ended up walking out with a $833 bill. They tried charging me $950 but I talked them down. $450 in parts and $350 in service fees. They were unclear that this would cost this much. In hindsight, I should've done more due diligence in knowing what my car ACTUALLY needed, not just what they said I needed.

Austin and all the professionals at ETD have seen it all. The 10,000 Hour Rule from the Malcom Gladwell book Outliers is on display at 375 Dean. I am moving back to Manhattan in the fall, but without a doubt will be doing all of my wheel/tire/suspension back in Englewood. Walking distance to three great places to eat, a park and a Duncan. Good People.

My first experience with them was great.... I came back a year later for them for an alignment and to install/ roadforce balance 4 tires for me on my 2022 mitsubishi mirage(7/29/23). They did the work in a reasonable amount of time. However, after leaving, I had pretty bad vibration at 50 mph. Callled them, and I took the car back within 2 days. They roadforce balanced them again and checked alignment and told me 2 of the wheels were bent and i needed new ones. Not their fault, but if they properly roadforced them the first time, they would have found it the first time around. They apologized and offered to redo the mount and balance free of charge if i brought them new wheels. I purchased new wheels from a 3rd party and took it to them within 3 days to install. They did the work quickly and everything was good. Except they made a deep scratch on thr front face one of the new wheels(some of the other wheels also scratched on the inner part of the wheel that can't be seen from the front,probably from the machine they use to mount them)At this point, im pretty upset. They offered to repair free of charge. I had an extra bent wheel in my trunk so I gave it to them so they could repair it since i didn't want them to unmount and balance the new wheels and take more time since i was the last one there. 2 weeks pass by, and no one calls. I call the shop someone answers and say they will call me back with an update. Never happens. I passed by that saturday (8/26/23)since im in the area and asked about the wheel. They bring it out, and its the wrong finish. The wheels i purchased were flat black, and they refinished it in shiny black.They once again apologized and offered to redo the work. I decline since it's been over a month at this point, and various trips back and forth. The gentleman at the counter offered me a refund and said he would be on vacation the week of 8/28/23 and would check in when he came back. Now, on sept 9th, there is no update.They do good work. Oil changes, and I've seen them do good work on other cars. They also do not try to upsell and are respectful. That being said, the tire techs are careless and leave scuffs and scratches on wheels. Check your car after you have them mounted with them.

George was great very patient with I came from nyc no one had the tires in stock but I purchased 2 car drives great in the so much grip feels like dry i almost purchased Chinese tires I got extreme contact for my Honda civic very happy here

Went to ETD Discount Tire Center in Englewood for an alignment and 4 new tires. The alignment came back perfect and the customer service was excellent and quick. They were honest about how long it would take and the cost. Anthony the service writer in the front was amazing! I’ll definitely be going here again!

Smart, nice, fast, and great. I always go here for everything tires and alignment. No brainer. Get insurance on your tires from them!!! That has paid off many, many times. I am not sure about price but even if they weren’t the cheapest, I would still be a customer at ETD. Trust and confidence is worth everything.

5 plus hours to get a set of four tires installed. People came after and went. Came in for first appointment at 7:30 and still here at 12:30 pm. I guess everyone who is buying tires from them takes priority.Update: Changed from one to three star as Manager apologized and waived installation fees. Still it should never have taken five hours. Saturday ruined!

Had my all my tires/wheels high-speed balanced this month at ETD. The sales agent was very pleasant and professional, unfortunately, my steering wheel would still vibrate between 45 to 60 mph after the rebalancing, so ETD then rebalanced all wheels using a special “road force” machine and repositioned some tires to the aluminum wheels. Upon test driving again there was only a minor improvement. I then decided to take my car to another service garage and they found 3 of the wheels were out of balance, that ETD supposedly balanced twice. Well, it all comes down to the mechanic performing the balancing and knowing how to use the equipment.
