I don’t leave google reviews unless I had a bad experience in a store. I want to also mention I work as a barista and deal with customers on a daily basis, so I know that sometimes it’s difficult to deal with them and cater to their needs. HOWEVER, the service in this store was truly awful and made me never want to come back. All the other reviews are saying they’re rude, so it’s not just me.
My mom and I came in the store, it was very slow and I think there was only two other customers in there besides us. I went to go try and the clothes and I had about 15 pieces. they held the rest of them for me because it’s only 6 pieces at a time which I understand. My mom was standing outside my fitting room holding the curtain for me because the curtains in the fitting room are very bad and don’t stretch out so someone can still take a peak at you and see you changing. Anyways, the worker told my mom that it’s store policy not to be there with me. However, my mom was standing outside for like 5 minutes at this point and I’m sure the woman saw her from the very beginning. So why mention it now 5 minutes after my mom already started? I understand the policy of only person INSIDE a fitting room, BUT my mom wasn’t even inside with me. She was standing in the front of the fitting room to help me because I didn’t want anyone to see me. My mom told her that she’s just waiting for me so I can show her the clothes but the woman repeated its store policy and made my mom step back. She even took a random clothing rack and placed it in front of my mom to block her from entering.
Then, the worker asked me if I was done with the clothes or not and I said yes. So we switched the six pieces so I can try on the other ones. My mom tried to help by putting the clothes on the rack but the woman kept complaining that my mom was putting them in the wrong rack and the wrong place. In reality, my mom assumed it would be the rack right next to the fitting room with the other clothes because that’s how most clothing stores work. The worker was rude to my mom and kept telling her what to do or not what to do. She just kept watching my mom the whole time in a very weird demeanor.
After we left she gave my mom a death stare and sarcastically told us to have a nice day. Maybe I would get it if the store was busy… but it was super slow. We didn’t leave a mess at all and we were even trying to help by leaving the clothes in the hanger. If we truly wanted to be nasty we would’ve left the clothes in the fitting room, but my mom was being nice and tried to put them back in the rack. Frustrated, my mom just left the last three pieces on top of the desk and left. this store has very cute clothes but we will not be returning.

So I wanted to change my Jean for a better size, I got 28 and I wanted to exchange for size 27, I went to the boutique and they didn’t let me because the tag wasn’t stuck in the Jean but I just wanted a size I didn’t wanted to return the product. I got the receipt and the tags. I wanted to ask to the manager but manager was having an attitude since beggining. Dor L dor you must check your manager stuff, you can do it better for sure.

My first time at this store was pleasantly surprised. Great mix of styles and clothes for different occasions. The staff are super helpful and they have great sales.

I was the store's number one customer but in my last purchase they gave me shoes with different sizes, they don't verify when they pack and I bought a pair of cargo pants and they came with the wrong resource. I went to make the change and they didn't do it for me so I chose to give them the pants as a gift. , so that my pants are damaged, the manager of this place is too petulant and rude by not responding to customer problems

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Poor Customer Service and Rude EmployeesI recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting DorlDor and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and the attitude of their employees. It is with great regret that I have to leave this review, but I feel it is important to share my experience.Upon entering the store, I was met with an atmosphere that lacked warmth and friendliness. The employees seemed disinterested and unapproachable, making me feel unwelcome from the start. As I continued browsing, I encountered an employee who displayed a particularly rude and dismissive attitude when I asked for assistance. Not only did they appear disinterested in helping me, but they also seemed annoyed by my presence.To add to the poor customer service, I noticed a lack of knowledge about the store's products and an inability to answer basic questions. It was clear that the employees were either not properly trained or simply did not care about providing a positive shopping experience. This left me feeling frustrated and unattended to.In addition to the unpleasant attitude of the employees, the overall store environment was unkempt and disorganized. The clothing racks were messy, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. It was evident that there was a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for creating a pleasant shopping environment.As a customer, I believe that outstanding customer service and a friendly atmosphere are essential in any establishment, especially a clothing store. Unfortunately, DorLDor failed to deliver on these fundamental aspects. I left the store feeling not only dissatisfied with my shopping experience but also disheartened by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the employees.I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for DorLDor It is my sincere hope that they take the necessary steps to improve their customer service, train their employees to be more courteous and knowledgeable, and create an inviting and organized store environment. Until then, I cannot recommend this store to anyone seeking a positive shopping experience.I truly believe that a clothing store should not only provide quality products but also exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, DorLDor fell short on both fronts.

The customer service at this store is the absolute worse. The staff is so rude, never helpful and always on their phones or gossiping loudly. Been here several times over the years and it’s always the same. Management needs to be changed for sure.

Outfits/clothes are rather unique and trendy. Prices are a bit high. Also, I have brought the concern of customer service to the owner several times and nothing has changed. The staff is unattentive and very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this makes for a horrible shoppimg experience.

I absolutely love this place! It’s best to go and rack up real quick on the latest trendy outfits for the season . The have an awesome sale rack in the back it’s worth the time to browse thru every section . BWARE the clothes aren’t of the best materials so if you are not a teenager buy at least a size up or 2 for a comfortable fit. AFFORDABLE PRICES ! I spend 160$ and walk out with a few shoes and at least 3/4 outfits . Definitely beats waiting in line at Marshall’s!
