It is a very pretty place with a decent selection of the cigars but I don’t think I’ll be coming back, think about cigar lounge is you want to feel welcome ,the woman working there cannot be more unfriendly ..the last time I was there about a year ago It is a very pretty place with a decent selection of the cigars but I don’t think I’ll be coming back, think about cigar lounge is you want to feel welcome … last time i was there i was told I cannot sit upfront Members Only so I sat towards the back , OK I can understand that .."this time I came then nobody there and I purchased a cigar because my wife was at a doctors appointment for 2 hours and I figured I’d have a smoke, then she tells me members only for the whole place now mind you this place was completely empty not a soul in it on a rainy day today she did this to me before another time I was sitting there right close to 7 o’clock and she shut the lights on me without any notice I mean come on two different friends I come with and myself will not be coming back here too many good options in the area sad because it’s a nice place with a good selection

Very disappointed in this place. It’s a cold day and my friends and I buy cigars hoping to smoke them at the lounge. It’s 6PM and after we pay the man says oh you have to leave I’m going to an event tonight. They are supposed to close at 10PM and nothing posted told me otherwise the man should have said this before we purchased all of our cigars because then we would not have bought them. Very disappointed again and let down. Will never come back there and it’s a shame because they would have had a regular.

Good line of cigars, a little over price cigars, not that spacious but felt comfortable, was offered water some great coffee.

I personally didn't have a good experience here. Not to say you wouldn't but I can only speak on what I saw. So this was the first place I checked out after moving into the neighborhood via Brooklyn. I arrived wearing slacks, shoes and a blazer. The place was completely empty and the 2 people in the front just stared at me. Anyways after viewing their selection I asked a few questions in regards to showing the games or having customer friendly events. The lady told me she didn't speak good English. So I asked her the same questions in Spanish and to her surprise she opened up with perfect English †can't make this up. Anyways I never returned because I asked her about J&R's and she told me the people were dirty there and it wasn't a good lounge. So I left to check J&Rs and met some good cigar enthusiasts, making my transition to Bergen County smoother than expected.

The best. Very friendly welcoming clientele. If they are not friendly they are just enjoying their peace and being polite in offering you your peace. Feel free to strike up a conversation with anyone...Or not..Its all good here. Also, dont be surprised if you're having a cigar with someone important-though you'd never know it as that VIP would never bring it up.

Customer service is dry, didn't feel welcome from the female employee there in the morning. Saw a few customers come and go and same dry welcome.
