“Just had body work done on my car from a tree falling on it, I called Rodger the next day and he was great and took on the challenge of fixing the car. He did advise me that this repair is not going to be an easy job and that it’s gonna take a while. But every time I called and bugged him on when my car was gonna be done he was very helpful and understanding, explained everything and what the next step was on fixing the car. Him and his wonderful team did an outstanding job on the car it looks amazing like nothing ever happened to it. I really appreciate the work that was done especially putting the car back together definitely wasn’t an easy task. Thanks again!”
“They have had my Porsche for the last FIVE months, and for the last two months, they have been promising to deliver the car; I have to follow up every week to find out the status, and there is a new excuse every time. I am dealing with a person named Jay. He claims to be the owner, but I have only seen empty promises from him as an owner. Also, his followup is terrible; I rate it 0 out of 5. Someone from my office or I have to call him repeatedly for a response. I would not recommend this place.After explaining to him that the lease on the car has already expired and that I am still making payments for an extended lease, he has no sense of urgency.Update: February 6 2024, Jay has turned it around and have gone extra mile for speeding up the process and made things right after this much delay. Good work on car.”

“After having a terrible experience about 2 months ago, I unavoidably had to return to Lexus service to get my 2nd key. Before I got there, I was told the process would take 45 minutes but after getting there, Woody(advisor) explained it would take much longer. I thought to myself...here we go again. I explained my bad experience to Woody. Telling him the details and about Grace who tried her best to fix the screw up. He was immediately apologetic and did everything he can to rectify what happened to me. Needless to say, I left there a happy customer again because Woody took the time to fix the screw up from my last visit. Woody definitely defines true customer service. Thank you Woody. As a result, I am giving 5 stars because of Woody and Grace.”
