I have bought a gorgeous leather couch set dining room table and 8 chairs, breakfast table, outdoor patio sets and king size bedroom set from this store. I've had the couch set for 5 years now and still in love with it. excellent quality furniture sturdy and great customer service and delivery anywhere in tristate area. it's worth every penny I've spent here. I have purchased from bobs furniture west elm Ashley's etc etc and the quality doesn't last yet I spend a fortune for overpriced items. the owner here cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to get them what they need and always gives a fair price. highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy quality furniture that won't break the bank.

I've been passing by this place for years and never stopped in. I searched and searched for a nice, classy and good priced bedroom set for months. A friend told me to check out Angel's, she stated he has nice stuff and fair prices. But noooo, I continued to run around checking out stuff that turned out to be not what I wanted. One night while heading to Shoprite, I looked in the window and saw a set I liked. I stopped by the next day, Loved it, but it was too big for my little room, lol. I continued to walk through the store and found several nice sets I loved. I decided on this white and silver set. Angel had a good price, great customer service and delivered it within days. I'm Happy! You can be too, check out Best Deal Furniture and tell Angel I sent you. LOL.

So I called this place to ask if they have furniture in stock or if furniture needs to be ordered because I need furniture immediately. The person who answered the phone flat out told me he doesn't speak English. Okay, that's fine. I asked if he could get someone who does. He said no one in the store speaks English. I try to communiate a little more, and eventually he tells me to call back Monday and speak to the manager?! It's 9:30am on a Thursday! Huh?!It's awesome this place can provide service for Spanish-speaking customers, as that's not always the case, but this is a little ridiculous. How is it no one is on duty to speak to an English-speaking customer? Who runs a business like this? It's frustrating because I need an apartment full of furniture, and live in Englewood, but my trust level for this place is out the window. I'll pay more for delivery to get better customer service. Horrible.
