I was running tight to make it to work and needed to drop off a car while the place says it opens at 7:30 no one showed up until 7:50

I’ve rented from this location so many times and the folks who work here are really kind. I’ve never even felt closed to scammed or ignored.
Can’t speak for others’ experiences, but I have rented/returned here at least 10 times and will continue to do so
