Omar and Frank provided white glove delivery of a large sofa to my office and they were fantastic. The delivery was difficult logistically and they handled it like champs. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

They have automated calls with delivery updates which is cool. But they left my ikea order on my neighbors front porch and claimed I signed for it. Now I have to figure out how to move all this stuff. Not cool.

We had a Wayfair Delivery from Alonzo and Marvin today. They were professional and took the time to make sure our item was going to the right house. We happened to be outside on the porch when they arrived. They were kind and had smiles on their faces. They even offered to drop the box off in the back for us. Francisco and Omar delivered my bathroom vanity right on time. They went out of their way to provide a great delivery service. They brought the vanity right into my apt and opened the box to make sure it was intact and free of any damage. I highly recommend their service!

Our drivers Francisco and Omar were great! Updated us on our exact arrival time. Loved the Wayfair tracking map as well. These gentlemen were polite and professionals. They carefully carried our new 400+ lbs marble top bathroom vanity into our home and up 16 flights which was no easy task! Great job gentleman! We thank you ?

These people are rude, inconsiderate, and lazy. We ordered a mattress from JCPenney for included hull-away service. This company brought the mattress in and refused to take our original mattress because they claimed it had too many stains on it. They left with the mattress we PAID for. If you don’t want to do your job, go find a different job! Not to mention, they walked in our home with no introductions, no manners, and no effective communication. Straight TRASH.

My delivery team was amazing! Frankie and checo were super helpful and generous. They offered to assemble my bed set even though my service was outside my front door. If all of arias teams are like this i would definitely recommend them. I hope the other teams take example in their hard work and dedication
