It has a lot of stuff for the price, including steam room and dry sauna and pool, but could be better maintained. Some classes but instructors were not always on time. Functional option. Also the hours is def not 24 hours as the name suggests! Ample parking in the back.

The facility is clean and staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. My trainer, Billy, is really the star of the show. I have been with him for a few months and it’s the best decision I’ve made. He is patient but also pushes me because he knows what his clients are capable of. He gives perfect balance of motivation and challenges. He is encouraging yet realistic. You WILL see improvements with him as your guide.

For a gym called 24 hr fitness the hours of operation are terrible. 10pm Monday to Thursday? 9pm Friday to Sunday? Hours used to be better before they used Covid as an excuse to shorten them

Fair price gym ~25-35$ a month for a large gym with all equipment you need. Friendly staff and clean equipment. Would recommend to go in the evening after 8pm as it gets pretty busy from 4-8pm.

Aqua aerobics instructor Yvonne is the best.
I started because I heard it was good after knee surgery.
Teach really hard.
I also plan to do the senior fitness that the instructor does.
The reason I can't give it five stars is because there are other inconveniences.
The iron stairs at the entrance are the worst for me who suffers from knee pain.

I’ve had a great experience going to this 24 hour fitness. I had struggled with weight loss after having twins. I decided it was time for a change. I signed up for personal training with Connie after she reached out and it was a great decision. She is a wonderful trainer. I’ve gotten stronger and look better since working with her. She is creative in her approaches as a trainer and I appreciate her so much. She also encouraged me to go to classes like Zumba which I have also loved - instructors have such energy and make it so fun! Have had a great experience here. Staff are kind and helpful

Cancelled my membership. Manager wouldn't refund annual fee and I haven't been going for a while. He didn't even offer to cancel annual fee to keep me as a member, I said I would leave a good review. Didn't even ask why I was leaving. He said "Do whatever you want". They increased their monthly prices and never notified me. That means all the customers paying extra now and they wouldn't know unless they checked their bill. No notification of annual fee and it's double the monthly rate. Instead of being customer service oriented they give you a Jersey attitude as if it is their own business. Brother the money isn't going into your pocket. It's a chain of gyms.

The gym has been great, there’s a lot of machines so there’s always something to do besides waiting around. I really like the personal training there; I’ve been getting training from Connie Noriega for the past couple months and it’s been great! She’s very understanding of where you’re at while motivating you to get you to where you want to be. Even in a few weeks I saw improvement on my strength, which is the thing I’ve been focused on the most.

It changed a lot recently. Nobody really takes care of this place. The water in the pool is not clean. There is smell everywhere, hair in the showers and on the floor. everything is out order- equipment , dryers etc.
