If I could, I would give minus one million stars. They help scammers and fraudulent companies! Please stay away! What a shame! They do not even care about your needs. Two, almost three months of dispute and they still are not giving my money back! What an unprofessional bank! Shame, shame, shame! Please stay away from the ones in NYS

Had problems getting cash from my account at the tiny teller area. They ran out of money. A bank with no money? I was also treated as if i was a criminal trying to get my own money.. Why? They said they would call me....they didn't. Lots more, too little space to type. never had these problems at the Hackensack visions office nor with the other banks I've dealt with.

I've been using the same checking account number for 20 years. I went to make a deposit and the teller told me she could not find my account number. I told her I never had problems before. She said could not help me. Another time, the manager made me feel very uncomfortable. I only wanted to make a deposit.

Customer service is horrible! One of the tellers told me I couldn't DEPOSIT a check for my wife into her OWN account, because I put "FOR DEPOSIT ONLY" on the back of the check. I have done this at least twice a month in the same branch. This one teller who I've never seen before acts like she's a superhero! Because it was close to closing, then the branch manager rudely chimes in and investigates the situation and tells me, "No you can't do it." Sorry, I have never heard of that. I called the 800 number and they told me the branch was wrong. RUN FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Great customer service! This credit union truly looks after your best interest. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. I was assisted by a representative Lionel who was able to help with other matters that I had not originally inquired about. I will continue to take my business there as they have proven to be trusted and helpful.
