Poor communication and trying to get a refund now. Been 2 months since I ordered the ring.

I ordered a men's ring on May 4th and Two Birch claims that It was shipped. However, USPS tracking says they are still waiting for the item. It has been 8 days and USPS update says that they are still waiting to receive the item. I recommend that you spend the extra money to have your item delivered via FedEx or you may NEVER get it. So now I have to contact the credit card company and go through all of that bulllshit to get a refund. I have contacted Two Birch several times, but no reponse yet. If you are planning on spending alot of money on a ring. Go elsewhere, cause you may never get it.

I ordered 23 days ago. I am accustomed to geeting some sort of email saying they have received the order and an estimated shipping date. Not the case here. No communication from these people except to say the order will ship next week maybe. 2 weeks in a row now I have been told it will hopefully be next week. POOR SAD customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Love! Love! Love! My ring guard! It was a little tight for my black diamond solitaire to fit in, I trip to my local jeweler took care of it! They even stated they have never seen a ring like this, I love it so much and will cherish it forever.

If I could leave no stars I would. We placed an order and were told it would be 7 to 10 working days. Twenty-two working days later and the order still had not shipped. In all that time we were never contacted by TwoBirch to let us know there would be a delay. We contacted them 3 times, each time being told the order would ship the following week. They offered little remorse and no explanation for the delay. That's terrible service! They should have contacted us regarding the delay, and they should have been providing updates on the order. We shouldn’t have had to reach out to them time and time again for updates. In the end, they lost a sale and a customer.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I ordered an engagement ring. It was shipped 3 week after the date they had committed to deliver by so I did not have the ring for a planned trip. Then ordered wedding band asked for expedited delivery and paid extra for expedited shipping and it was also not even shipped a week after the expected delivery date dis not arrive for wedding. Order from here only if you are good with we will ship it when we feel like. They do not do anything to ensure they live up to the shipping commitments that they make

Terrible, I purchased our rings in plenty of time to arrive. TwoBirch did not complete the paperwork properly so they were held in shipping. TwoBirch blamed DHL, and DHL blamed TwoBirch. I will never use them again.

Waited 6 weeks for a ring to be cleaned... SIX WEEKS! But it looks great. TwoBirch.... Next time, USPS OVERNIGHT, Fed Ex overnight, UPS Overnight air. You need to get your customers their products back quicker when you make a mistake.

I'm skeptical of perfect score reviews but TwoBirch deserves it. I wanted to help my fiance pick out my wedding band so I did the leg work for him. He gave me my budget and I went searching. After searching a few websites, going to a few chain stores and even going back to the jeweler who made my engagement ring I settled on TwoBirch. I went with one of their ring guards. I spoke with someone through their chat services about the size of the ring and how it would look with my engagement ring. It was suggested that I purchase the virtual fitting. I received the virtual fitting kit in the mail. I completed the process and sent my pictures in. The next day I received an email from Vianca, who is amazing by the way, with a virtual imprint of my ring in several of the ring guards I selected. This was helpful because I was able to tell which ring guard would fit perfectly with my engagement ring. I was told when my fiance was ready to purchase my ring to email the order number and tell them I previously purchased the virtual fitting.A few months later my fiance purchased my ring. I'm so excited! I open the package and put it on by itself. It fits perfectly! Then I put it on with my engagement ring and it doesn't go all the way down on my finger. It seems the part of the ring where the two rings are welded together is a little small and my engagement ring doesn't sit properly in the space. I contacted Vianaca at TwoBirch and explained the issue. She said no problem just return the ring and to send pictures of the problem (UPS lost my ring for a day but that's a story for another day) and she will have the jeweler correct it. I sent the ring back and Vianca notified me that they received it. Two weeks later my ring came back and it's perfect! The process was so easy. The ring was under my budget and it was what I wanted. Something that rarely happens with me! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

TwoBirch did a phenomenal job on my wedding band! I am 100% happy with my purchase. I was amazed with the service, ease of use of the website, and professional customer service. I asked so many questions before making my decision and their responses were professional, courteous and accurate. The reason I selected TwoBirch is that they they don't offer any pre-made rings and all of their diamonds and metals are ethically sourced. So every ring is unique, and you can get the diamond you want, and in your budget.

**BEWARE** I initially bought a TwoBirch ring about six months ago. I wore it one or two times tops. Shortly after, I noticed it had lost a stone, and the actual band had broke. I figured it was a defective one, so I ordered another ring from TwoBirch. My second ring arrived broken in two. I contacted them for a refund, and after several days, I was given return info but I had to pay for return shipping... ON A BROKEN ITEM! Because I'm a fool, and I had a short deadline, I ordered a third ring. The ring arrived later than expected (days before my wedding) and wasn't even the correct ring! Completely wrong, and not even passable for the wedding. I will never order from TwoBirch again, and would discourage anyone from doing so. I would save your money and buy from a legitimate brand.

Bought a beautiful, sparkly ring enhancer in Moissanite. Perfect fit for my solitaire. Love it!
