We had a flooded basement from a burst water pipe on a Saturday night. They arrived Sunday morning and started the cleanup. For 10 days they did heroic work drying and cleaning out the basement. Very highly recommended.

LS FORT LEE NJServepro was called in by my building management {in westwood}.water damage from upstairs neighbor it. was extensive.They covered some things. Stacked items / lamps pictures tables chairs small appliances . in the bedroom on the floor ALL left uncovered. TV COMPUTER. ALL uncovered / COATED with layers of dust plaster ect.Knocked down wall in bathroom adjacent to bedroom closet , didnt check to. see what was on the other side. HATS. coats dvds all with dust. particles of plaster ,the floor of. closet tons of plaster shoes. GONE. DIdnt even. clean up in closet.WHAT CAN I SAY. A SECOND RATE OPERATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have no record because the extremely rude girl that answers the phone said "I don't have time to answer your questions, we are really busy. She spoke with my husband. If you record your calls go back and check. And you should probably find someone else to answer the phone because you're losing business. We had questions regarding getting the smell of smoke out of a home that was caused by a fireplace. She told us to call a chimney sweep. That isn't the answer!

Had to call them twice. Said they would have someone come out and take a look the next day. No one showed and no one informed me they had to cancel. Terrible way to run a business if you ask me. I certainly won't waste any more of my time with them.

My basement flooded unexpectedly and Servpro came to save the day! I was surprised at how fast I was able to schedule an appointment and have someone come out and remediate the issue. All of the representatives and service professionals were very friendly and walked me through the process. I highly recommend using Servpro for any type of water damage in your residential home. I will recommend this company to anyone I know who may need their services.

Heard a waterfall in my basement last night and called for help. Didn't know who to call and was suggested to call Servpro in Englewood/Teaneck area, had about 2" of water in my basement. Thanks to Alex,Hugo and John Carlos for the great job in cleaning my basement. Took them about 2-3 hours but they did an excellent job and were very professional and cleaned everything when they left. They're coming back Monday to get the fans and blowers out of the basement. Showed me pictures of the basement after it was dry cause I can't go downstairs,Should be very proud of your staff, they were great !

Wow! These guys pulled my base molding and were so careful I could dry and reuse a bunch of it. Saved me a ton. They even labeled the wall and the pieces to make sure they went back in the same spot.Totally recommend!Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

A hot water pipe broke in my basement and there was about 3 inches of water. After calling ServePro, Jose and Hugo responded in about 10 minutes. They were remarkable workers - professional, hard-working, polite and extremely thorough. They left machines running to prevent mildew and mold.Josephine, in the Hawthorne office, was so compassionate and caring. I don't know about the work but I do know that their drivers cut me off on route 208 north today at 5:15 pm and ran me two lanes just about into the curb and almost into a pole. Apparently they were death and could not hear my horn and certainly would not using the mirrors.Thank you

We had 2 different floods 2 days apart. We called our Rep Josephine at 6:30am. By 9am The team was here beginning the clean up. The following day we had another leak and again Josephine answered he phone early and sent the team over.
