Rana was incredible. The zipper pull tab of my wedding dress (that I got on the west coast) flew off right before my destination wedding. Rana opened her store on a Monday for me and fixed it in 15 minutes flat. It was so quick and painless, and she was also so sweet about it! Thank you Rana!!

I got my dress from Rana and Altered. I went to 3 different places but I knew this woman knew exactly what she is doing. My gut feeling was right she did an amazing job! I loved my dress and she was able to make it just how i wanted it. Rana was also able to be a big help with my little surprise of getting pregnante 3 months before my wedding she was able to measure me all the way until my wedding week. My mother in law and mom also got their dresses from her. Rana is truly the best!

Had an incredible experience with Rana! After visiting three bridal shops without finding the perfect dress, Rana took the time to understand my preferences. She asked to see photos of dresses I had tried on and liked, and quickly identified a similar dress that addressed the fabric and train length concerns I had with the previous one. Together, we curated a selection to try on, making sure every dress resonated with my style—a personalized touch I was missing from other shops. The moment I tried on the first dress, I knew I found my wedding dress. After thoughtful consideration, I returned to purchase it. Rana and I agreed on the perfect fit, opting for buttons instead of the original zipper. She even showed me accessories that complement the dress. Excited for the alterations and the final result! I’ll definitely update my review once Rana completes my dress.

I bought my dress and got it altered at Rana Bridal and I’m so happy I did! I had went to a bigger store before Rana Bridal and I liked being the only appointment there. Rana has such a good eye - she gave tiny suggestions to update the dresses that made them look completely different. Once I picked my dress, Rana did the alterations and she is SO talented. My train looked perfect after hemming, my bustle was exactly how I wanted it and she extended my sleeves so that I could wear them off my shoulders then pull them up for the reception so I could dance. Would 100% recommend working with Rana!

My daughter bought her wedding dress at Rana’s and the entire experience was wonderful. Rana listened carefully to my daughter’s vision of what she wanted, which happened to be very simple, and was able to present her with options. She had wonderful suggestions about pairing a veil with the dress, and was able to use her tailoring skills to show us what different types of sleeves in different styles would look like. She was a very patient and gave us all the time that we needed. We never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this store.

Wow. Rana is amazing. Seriously. I had tried on dresses at a few places before, and I am so happy I found Rana. One of the things I noticed off the bat was that, while other stores would tell me that I needed to buy ASAP, Rana actually looked up the order time and didn't apply undue pressure. But the best thing about Rana is that she's a true seamstress, so she sees the possibilities in a dress and can help you craft your dream since she's the one who will doing the alterations. When I was trying on dresses, we found one that I really liked but was missing a few things I wanted, and Rana showed me what could be changed, added, etc. The result was my absolute dream-dress, and I'm not even the kind of person who believes in dream-dresses. She was also very upfront about cost with no changes or gotchas, and I felt that the price for tailoring was quite reasonable. Rana is kind, patient, and oh so attentive to detail, and she listens and understands what you're looking for. If you're looking for a calm experience and a personalized dress, then Rana is absolutely going to deliver.

I read the reviews and this place came highly rated so I just knew I would find my dress here. My appointment was the first weekend of January and one of my bridesmaids flew in to be here. The four of us came in while another bride was getting fitted, we were eventually greeted and waited to get started. This is a very small space so I figured one bride at a time. In the middle of me going through racks of dresses (yes I was left to do this), another group walked in and there was some confusion on who did or did not have an appointment.I described to Rana what I was looking for (mermaid or trumpet with very dramatic bottom). There was exactly one dress available and it was in a small sample size, she then pulled other dresses with other colors that had nothing to do with what I described but would fit. I said I wasn't interested in just trying random dressed in different colors as this was my second bridal shop I had a better idea what I wanted. Rana told me there was nothing in store that would fit and perhaps my bridesmaid could try on dresses for me. At this point I was ready to go, because having brides go through racks of dresses screams to me you don't know what you're doing or don't know how to help. It seems they are fantastic at alterations but anything beyond that is a no.I'm a size 10/12 and my bridesmaid is a size 4, now this is just for reference but in what world is someone else trying on my wedding dress going to help me envision it for me? Also when I asked why they had nothing else, I was told it cost more to order sample dresses in larger sizes. She then just stood there as if asking what I wanted to do. As a business owner making brides feel cared for and like a priority should be paramount. If as a company, their position is to order only the dresses available at no additional cost there should be a greater fact finding questionnaire at booking or when the confirmation call is made. Ask people what their clothing size is, ask people what style of dress they are looking for! I am a regular sized person and left Rana Bridal feeling like I could call TLC and audition for "My 600lb Life".To say my experience here was disheartening was an understatement. I left here feeling defeated and overlooked.

I'm so glad that I worked with Rana on my wedding dress alterations. She is extremely attentive to details and helped tailor things that I never even noticed about my dress. She does not take shortcuts when it comes to alterations - she will tailor the dress to enhance and preserve the beauty of the dress, even if it means that it will be a more difficult job. She was helpful in making custom changes and had helpful suggestions that made the process easier. I loved the way my dress fit me on my wedding day thanks to Rana's meticulous work.

Rana was absolutely amazing! I both purchased my wedding dress and had the alterations done by her, as did my mother for her MOB dress for my wedding. Rana is so kind and seriously knows her business well. All of the alterations are done by her - with her extreme attention to detail. She truly understands the structure of what can and cannot be done with each dress’s fabrics, and has true pride in the high quality and standards of her work, ensuring her clients will be comfortable and happy with the final alteration. I always loved going to my dress fittings and was sad on my last one since it would be my last time seeing Rana. I would highly recommend any bride to go to Rana!

Rana is incredibly knowledgeable and truly an artist when it comes to alteration. My wedding dress fitted my body like a glove! I actually didn’t have to wear any shape-wear!!! Not only she did an outstanding job with my wedding dress but she made every visit so pleasant and stress free. I definitely recommend Rana to any future brides :)
If she doesn’t carry what you want, just ask her if she can order it for you!

I bought my dress at Rana bridal and had Rana alter my dress. I tried on dresses at Kleinfeld's and other well known stores in NYC, but the experience I had at Rana Bridal was superior. I found a dress I loved at Rana Bridal, but the dress was beyond what I could have imagined after Rana's alterations. Rana felt like family and when I moved out of state, she was incredibly accommodating around scheduling my fittings to a very short window. The alterations she did were incredible, I cannot recommend Rana enough!

Hello, Rana Bridal is the best wedding dress store you can find in New Jersey. My wedding was postponed for 2 years and i gained so much weight due to pregnancy. Rana helped me tailored my dresses layers by layers , hours by hours so that I can wear my dream dress on my wedding date. I only gave 1 month notice, she got it done beautifully for me. I really appreciate and love to share my story to encourage you to look for Rana Bridal for your biggest day in life.

Not the best selection and gowns are overpriced for the material. Poor material quality. Also everything seems like it’s from few seasons ago. Not worth it.
