I had always done my own taxes until 10 years ago when I received a tax bill from my state for $13,000! This was clearly a mistake but I didn't want to deal with them myself so I went to Penrose & Associates for help. Ms Penrose contacted the state for me and the error was resolved quickly. Penrose & Associates has courteous and responsive administrative staff. Scheduling has always been convenient and relatively quick, even during the height of tax season. Working with Ms. Penrose has increased my own knowledge of tax policy, especially with changes over the past few years. I would absolutely recommend her services. Staff is very professional. I took 4 years of Returns and they were completed on time. I had an appointment to pick them up. Ms. Penrose discussed each years Return with me and answered all my questions and made me very comfortable. One of the Returns, she called the IRS to straighten out a matter.
