“I received a very friendly and helpful customer service at the store. Great service at the store!
My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.
I have returned to give FedEx a thumbs up ? for an excellent delivery service. Since my last post, FedEx delivered my very time sensitive package two days earlier than previously scheduled. That made all the difference for me.

Today I had to resend a document package because I had forgotten to sign a document and the nice guy at the desk gave me a discount on the re-send. He also proactively monitors overnight package progress to make sure there are no issues. That is what I call professional service!”

“A local hero. This place has saved my neck so many times. They have public notary service - unlike the unpredictable UPS, they can do it as long as they are open. They can receive Nuuly packages. “Went to Westwood UPS to get fingerprints scanned for specialty license. After a few attempts on the fingerprint scanner Adrian took the initiative and called the agency that helps with the processing. The situation with the fingerprinting was resolved. If not for Adrian would still be there. Prior to Westwood went to Ridgefield UPS and wasted one hour attempt the scan and no one could help me.”
“Only UPS I trust with dropping off my packages for my business. I’ve been a customer for 4+ years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. If you have a problem when you come here it’s you because they make everything extremely easy for you and even have a kiosk where you can scan your drop offs if you don’t want to wait in line. If it’s not busy they even help you to your car with your boxes.”

We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“I have been to many different UPS stores. This one in Englewood Cliffs NJ was a bit different. Really friendly, efficient and focus was on making the customer feel happy! I needed a photo (2x1 1/2inches) which is slightly different than a passport photo (2x2inches). Jin, the owner made sure he made that size photo happen. He also is a notary and placed the notary stamp where it would not interfere with the application I needed to fill out. That extra care will make this UPS stores MY new UPS store!”
