If it were possible, i would give ZERO review to HIOSSEN organization. While their sales and field staff does good job to work with you, the accounting department is filled with malpractice and intentional accounting error causing you as customer to pay multiple time. Any returned items you complete does not get credited properly and most often lost. The account department does not follow GAAP principles to perform their work, so not sure how IRS have allowed such practice. Even after showing actual payment and return records (with their own company staff acknowledging our paperwork is accurate). After requiring double payment without crediting for refund, the accounts department have been publically amongst our peers have downgraded our reputation by incorrectly sending emails to our partners. The accounting department certainly needs to be audited by governmental offices for following such fraudulent practices on US Soil.

I dont recommend hiossen at all. I had few hiossen implant fractures but the rep did not want to replace any of broken implants bc i didnt have a contract with them anymore. I would said at least 4 fractured cases. I had 100k contract with them previously and they didnt wanna replace 4 broken ones. What kind of customer service is this? I place tons of implants monthly and i have never had this issue with other implants

The training was not worth it for me. It seems that the money invested was a waste. The entire training process was rushed and not up to the mark.

The only reason I joined here is because of the decent pay. This company's management is a mess. There were many times when different managers were saying different things. Employees are often confused about who to follow because they are the ones who face the consequences of management's incompetence. What makes these worse is the difficulty in communicating with the managers.

They hire incompetent people and assigned them to high-profile projects which is very negligent of them. We were disappointed with their service when we got them on one of our projects. Lot of delays from their part which costed us so much sales. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all.

Management here is one of the most incompetent ones I have encountered. They do not provide any kind of support not invest resources in employees. There's also no transparency, so employees are always left in the dark on what's happening to the company. This company has a specific culture that's not for everyone.

The work atmosphere is too stressful. Most employees have low morale because of the terrible work atmosphere. They pay is low despite the workload being too much. The commissions are almost non-existent, and there is very limited room for growth.

It's great that the company provides a gas allowance on top of health benefits. However, management expects you to work overtime hours even though you aren't technically obliged to. The company's management style is also a bit too traditional for my taste. They overestimate seniority despite some newer employees being better and more talented than the older ones. They don't gather input or suggestions from employees, especially new ones, and they never let the employees ask questions. This company can be greatly improved if they changed management style or replace most of the managers.

They should improve the curriculum of the courses they offer. Needs to be more in-depth and a lot of hands-on practice and thorough guidance.
