Walked in and was not greeted at all. Sat down because they were busy with other customers. I was the only other person in the and was never even looked at or spoken to for 10-15 min. I just got up and left. At new Milford location now and was greeted the second I walked in and was told someone will be with me in a minute. That’s how you treat customers

Do not go to Russell wireless in Emerson New Jersey. I warn you all he’s a scammer for almost 2 years. He threw a galaxy phone watch on my bill and never removed it . Even though I brought it back the next day. He never removed it off. My bill kept riding it out. Fraud prevention. Had to put an early report for him yesterday he keeps doing this to me and my mother every time you walk in to a store.

I highly recommend seeing Xavier at this location. My father lost his phone and knows next to nothing about cell phones. I live over 2 hours away and I’m 8 months pregnant so driving to him wasn’t an option. Xavier was able to assist me over the phone so my father (who had zero phone to communicate with) could quickly pick up his new phone and have everything transferred over. I always worry that these authorized retailers will take advantage but I felt super comfortable with letting my dad get everything done at this location. This situation could have been such a headache but Xavier made sure it was smooth and super easy for everyone! Will definitely be using this location in the future.

Went in to upgrade my phone. I was given the impression that everything would be transfered over to the new phone. So, I thought that meant ALL content from my old phone. What they neglected to mention was that only 3 months of text messages would be copied over. I had years of correspondence with valuable information, along with sentimental notes and pictures from loved ones. Some from people who have passed on. It was very important to me to keep that stuff and now it's irretrievably gone. If this is a standard practice, customers should be informed of it prior to wiping their old phone. If I was aware, I would have postponed the upgrade to ensure that I could personally backup all contents in my messaging apps. Not cool. Very disappointing.

Xavier was extremely patient and helpful in getting my iPhone 13 working again. The SIM card kept failing and he was able to fix it on the spot. Thank you!

Finally had to upgrade my phone after the screen on my Galaxy S9 gave out. Their employee Francisco was extremely helpful and friendly. I hate having to deal with anything phone related and all the stuff that goes with it, so this was a surprisingly nice change of pace. I'll be coming back here when I have to replace this phone.

BEWARE. I went into the Emerson Verizon store on 10/6/22 stating I was having issues resetting my Facebook Messenger password. The Manager stated he wasn't able to assist and gave me a customer service number for Facebook. Called the number and was scammed. Representative stated that he needed to gain remote access to my phone in order to assist. He made me download an app and then proceeded to scam me into sending him a $100 eBay giftcard, stating that I wouldn't be charged and it was for security verification purposes. Then I realized what was going on and hung up. Called me back four times and was really aggressive stating that the transaction didn't go through and I would need to send him another $100. Told me the purchase would be reversible, yet checked my Verizon account this morning and I was indeed charged $100. Never got any help and never going to this retail location ever again. I am wondering where this Manager pulled out this number from b/c after I looked it up online that number doesn't exist.
