Very disappointed... Called in when feeling sick, was told I would get a call back from my doctor. After waiting about 3 hours, I called back again. Was told I would need to call back the following morning for a same day sick appointment. When I called for a same day appointment I was told I would have to have a telehealth appointment in a few hours bc sick patients are not allowed in the office. At my scheduled appointment, I was told the system was down so it would just be a phone call. During the whole 9 min call I was told speculation of what I may have and was told to ride it out for another week or so...

I started with this group few years back and i liked it. However, its pretty awful when you are sick your told that your Primary is booked out thru January. I've been told i cannot have an appointment with my primary for medical clearance because she is booked for months. Sorry no one can see you in the Paramus office the next day because everyone is booked. Zero patient empathy. I will be searching for a new primary.

If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. I have NEVER in all my days seen such horrible "doctors". A very sick family member went to see a gastro doctor here. He was treated as though he was nothing more than a nuisance. 15 minutes after his appointment started he was ushered out with the comment "if you don't feel better in a couple of months, call us back." That was the first doctor he saw. His issues got worse and worse so he made appointments with several other gastro doctors in this practice. (he took appointments with whoever was available the soonest because he was that sick). One was worse than the next. The worst offender was Holly Cullen. I have never seen a more dismissive, egotistical doctor in my entire life. She acted like being in her presence was a gift and we should be completely in awe of her. She wouldn't answer questions. She actually put her hand up to "shush" us when we had the audacity to question something. Garbage. She did absolutely NOTHING to help my family member, other than pass him off to another doctor because she had no idea what to do. He was treated horribly. Not one of these doctors wanted to take the time to figure out what was wrong with him. Meanwhile he was getting more and more sick as the days past. This is someone's life they are dealing with and they couldn't care less. Meanwhile, within days his insurance company was billed 500.00 dollars for a 15 minute appointment. Over and over again. They made absolute sure that they got a ridiculous amount of money for doing absolutely nothing. I could go on and on about the experience in this place but I will stop. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here. There are plenty of doctors out there that will treat you like a human being. This is not that place.

I dislike calling some central office (3rd part) that sets up the appointment instead of speaking with the actual doctor office directly. When it comes to questions, prescription questions or other type enquiry... it feels like game of telephone. Also, last rep that spoke to me sucks. Her attitude was snarky.

Yesterday I called to speak to a doctor about bug bites on my right arm between wrist and elbow. True I did ask for a particular doctor as I have been a patient there for a lot of years. I had welts on my arm and in many places it was swollen. I waited and waited and then someone got back on the phone to say this particular doctor would call back. Asked to speak to another doctor but I guess that was not allowed. The long and the short of it was I went to the local pharmacy to see what I could get to relieve the itch and swelling. I however did not tell them that I had called the doctors office first. Looked around and found something I thought would alleviate the itchiness and swelling. It was now one hour after I left a message for the doctor. To make a long story a little shorter today - over 24 hours after I called that office I received a telephone call saying they called in a prescription and I could go get it. This was after I purchased what I thought would alleviate the itchiness and swelling yesterday. My arm is still "itchy" and the welts have gone down considerably. I would never go back to that practice in Emerson and that doctor. Too bad really!!!

By far the best office of all of them. from check in to check out everything runs smoothly. the other plus of this practice is that they seem to have a doctor for everything so all your needs are met. I highly recommend Dr desai, Dr pittman and Dr Lan. All of them have been outstanding doctors when it come to bed side manner and my health.
