The worst billing dept I have ever dealt with. Had to call billing dept 6 months in a row for the same issue.

I dislike calling some central office (3rd part) that sets up the appointment instead of speaking with the actual doctor office directly. When it comes to questions, prescription questions or other type enquiry... it feels like game of telephone. Also, last rep that spoke to me sucks. Her attitude was snarky.
