There are quite a few to choose from in Fort Lee and in this area, but at this location you always get one on one attention and don’t feel rushed and always get the answers that you’re asking for. These people really are here to help you. So glad it’s down the street from me. It’s such a great part of this neighborhood.”

“Peggy was really great; I had an appointment for my five year old daughter's renewal of passport and she helped us in a jiffy. She was clear, friendly, speedy, and efficient; she took one good picture, we signed papers, she made copies, and we were out within 10 minutes. And TJ Kim was in the office at the time and was friendly, kind and tolerant of my happy children as we waited. I would give 10 stars.”

“Shipped an international package there. Representative Chris has been patient and informative all the time. We tried using the global express for 3 times it didn’t work out so eventually chose priority mail express. He handled the package pretty neatly and gave me two customer forms that I can fill at home if I wanna ship international package again.Two other representatives are efficient and friendly too. It’s good to see a post office operating in full capacity during holiday season.”
“Pretty well known post office.Has everything you need from a front desk, drop off boxes, you name it. Staff are quite slow but USPS’s feel understaffed everywhere.Some post offices don’t have drop off boxes so I come to this location to which has plenty of options to send your packages.Bear in mind, post offices are overclocked during the holidays.”

Ali & Margie are courteous, helpful and friendly.the outside of the facility is embarrassing for the USPS, garbage, overgrown weeds, containers of rotten food left by the dregs of society on the stairs for 2 sometimes 3 weeks. does this facility not have a maintenance crew?”

“This place is quiet convenient and the workers don’t drag their feet. I’m happy with this place considering this side of Teaneck gets nothing.The people in this area of Teaneck are known to be pretty self centered and mean. With that said leave my boy alone he been there since before i was old enough to care about mail. Also we get this rinky dink usps while cedar lane side has a nice one. This side of teaneck doesnt even get anything so im not tryna lose this usps cuz yall cranky and inappreciative.”
“Didn’t have an appt for passport renewal but came prepared: passport, photos, filled application, checkbookAJ was extremely helpful. Walked and explained whole process to me and what to expect from passport agency in return.I’m from englewood cliffs but when I went there to try and complete my process they were rude, nasty, vial, disgusting human beings yelling and screaming at everyone. Lazy but angry at everyone.I came to tenafly because some of their staff members used to work in englewood cliffs when their post office WAS nicer and wanted a smooth support.”

“USPS Express 1-Day Envelope vs Fedex Priority Overnight(Fedex PO): Verdict is USPS!I got business documents by Fedex from westcoast for requiring my signature including a return envelop and US postage. I brought to the post office and asked a clark for the fastest service to return the signed documents. John pointed to the shelve and brought him a Flat rate envelop. And I handed the documents and the returned postaged envelope. He created the labels from it on his terminal and printed them. He put them in the envelope and sealed it. I only provided my phone number and handed a credit card. Momentarily I forgot where I was.This is called S-E-R-V-I-C-EThe USPS Express 1-Day product charged me $27.90 for Schedule delivery Date and Time (=overnight), even money back guarantee. I was told the Fedex Overnight charge was $65. John's service was great and USPS Express 1-Day product is the best choice.”

It's in a cute area, across the street from a cafe. The post office was clean, and not busy whatsoever. Also, the mail clerk who helped me was kind, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommend this post office if you are in the area and in need of shipping.”

“The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! “This was my 2nd time ever mailing anything out, so I was clueless on what package to get to place my item in, it's price, how to write the addresses and etc, yes literally only 2nd time I mailed anything out, it was pretty busy, and there was only one lady there name Helen fonseca, who I managed to peek at her name badge, I applaud her for one being very patient with me, knowing that most of the questions I asked were probably common sense but I was a bit worried because I was sending a package international and wanted to make sure everything I did was correct, and two even though the line was long she was very nice to every person, meanwhile most people in her shoes shall have a reason to be frustrated, a long line and she's all alone but was taking care of everyone in a swift manner, great customer service indeed. Yes I was that guy that asked a few questions and may have took some extra time and got someone annoyed on the line but she was so patient and helpful.”
