This one is my children new pharmacy but to be very honest I am not very happy with de customer service that they provide,I arrived And I asked for the medicine and the person there told me they didn’t receive the prescription yet… then I had to call my son’s pediatrician office to make sure they really sent it and effectively they did …then the guy said to me that the system takes sometime … they should be more clear,more proactive ,and more client oriented… he even didn’t tell me .. “ I apologize for the delay if you want you can wait or we can call you when your medicine is ready..” definitely I didn’t have a good impression today …fortunately this medicine is not urgent .I hope the will call when my son medicine is ready …

DO NOT GO HERE. They marked my online order as picked up and refused to refund me. Kept saying I had to come in store. Manager refused to get on the phone prob so lazy!!! Don’t worry I called corporate and file a complaint! Everyone deff needs to do that!!

I normally go to CVS for my Rx, but Walgreens had the ozempic needles sold separately. I'm VERY excited about that!

I'm on hold for 25 minutes and finally hung up! Also the automated voice tells you an Rx is ready & the price but not the name of the medication.

Honestly not my favorite Walgreens BUT Mo changed my mind. Honestly, the 5 star is specifically for him because he was so helpful and kind! I will be using this Walgreens instead of market street. Thanks Mo!

Worst customer service ever. Manager nowhere to be found. Cashiers expect customers to make two times line. I made a long line to pay 2 items, when it was my turn the cashier asked me to wait because she was having problems with register. After waiting she send me to another register asking me to make the line AGAIN. When I try to explain the situation to the cashier he said “mom make the line AGAIN, the cámaras are watching me” ????? ?♀️

First and foremost, I am a multiple sclerosis patient. My neurologist prescribed me an antibiotic and a prescription strength probiotic. My doctor and I spoke before hand and I informed her that anytime I take an antibiotic I get a yeast infection. So, she prescribed Lactobacillus packs for me to take in conjunction with my antibiotics. The script was sent to this pharmacy and that’s when the issue began.Day 1: I went to pick up the prescriptions at the drive thru and they gave me the antibiotic. They then told me that they did not receive the script for the Lactobacillus packs at all from my doctor. So I contacted my DRs office and they confirmed that they did in fact send it over.Day 2: I went in person to the counter and showed them the prescription directly through my Drs office portal. Now, their reasoning for not filling the script is because my insurance did not cover it and there is an over the counter alternative which they did not have in store. I told them I would be okay paying for the script out of pocket, I wanted what my doctor prescribed for me. They confirmed that I would be paying out of pocket and told me that it would be ready the following Monday.Day 3: I show up to the drive thru again to pick up my perception. The person at the window said it was not ready and to come back in 10 minutes. I came back in in about 20 minutes. This time to a different person, I explained that I want to pay for this out of pocket and that I just want what my doctor prescribed for me and that I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Then another person came to the window with a nasty attitude and started screaming at us, saying that they don’t do that there and that I need to go somewhere else because it’s just a probiotic. Instead of arguing with them on the “why’s ” I left, called my Dr and had the script filled at a different location.I’ve been using this pharmacy my entire life and I’ve never had a problem with them until, this incident. They had me come back 4 separate occasions when they could have just told me from the beginning that the prescription can not be filled because that specific pharmacy does not do it. Instead they lied, kept lying, and have me come back there 4 separate times. I will not be coming back to this locations pharmacy and i honestly would not suggest anyone else go there.

Prescription was sent 10am, went to pick up 12pm they said they couldn't find it, to come back later... Came back at 6pm, prescription not ready and they asked me to wait another hour...It is terrible to lie to people who have need of medicine and can't keep going to the pharmacy..Never using this pharmacy again! Fail!

They forgot to schedule a pharmacist when I got there for the store to open so now I don’t have my meds and am suffering in pain because these guys can’t get it together and schedule someone. Also just had a manager dismiss me and my pain. Just all around awful
