My wife calls to ask if a prescription is ready and the girl tells her it'll be ready at 8pm. She shows up at 9pm and another pharmacist tells her it now won't be ready til two days later. This place really needs to get their act together. Disgraceful.

This post will be strictly about the pharmacy section. Registered online this morning for a flu shot on my way into work. Booked it for 8:40 am. Arrived at 8:30, as I needed to fill out some paperwork, as per the notification on the site. Went to the back of the store, provided my license and insurance card, and after everything was entered in the system, they informed me that my flu shot was free, because of my insurance. They took me into their back room where they gave me my flu shot and I was done in 15 minutes total. I will be back next year.

I've been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and coming to this store since it was first built, never really had a problem until today. Got to the pharmacy drive thru at 9:40 told me they had one ready give them 10 more minutes for the second. No problem, I roll back around 15 minutes later give them my card they give me a bag and say everything is in there. I get home and the original first script is missing, but the one I was waiting for is there. I call (to see if MAYBE they're still there and I can run back since they messed up) and by the time I get through the prompts to an actual person it's 10:15, I try explaining to the guy who answers, all he hears is the word pharmacy and says it's closed, I said ok but and interiors me and just puts me on hold, 2 minutes later picks up "hello?" Yea u put me on hold I'm wai-"hold on" few more minutes picks back up again I said yeah can I just speak to a mana-"hold on" then the phone proceeds to ring for 2 minutes straight then just hangs up on me. This employee cut me off and put me on hold THREE times without letting me even speak. I find it hard to believe that at 10:20pm there is not one competent employee able to pick up the phone. This was my first ever "can I speak to a manager" call. Maybe I'm getting old and cranky but WTF happened to general "customer service" or just plain old not being RUDE? I'm disappointed in this Walgreens and I feel like a damn KAREN now. Rant over.

I have been coming to this walgreens for quite some time and lately there is a clear issue with the staff. The gentleman physician if i use that word is rude, argumentative and unprofessional. I've had multiple issues in the last month alone than I've ever had as long as I've been going there. I've also complain to the pharmacy manager and got into an argument with her on the floor. She insisted her employee was correct and did not listen to one word that I said. My prescriptions were announced throughout the store and it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I'm supposed to trust my Pharmacy and deal with on a professional customer service level. Most of the girls are actually very nice however this one particular manager and gentleman do not belong there. I've seen them be rude to older people as well and I've complained to the Walgreens manager. I believe I just had my last incident now and I will be looking into other pharmacies as this is not the care I expect or deserve. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS.

Horrible. I walk into store looking for AmLactin or equivalent, and can't find in skin care aisle. I proceed to pharmacy Dept to ask and they the RPh (state board appointed registered Pharmacist) tells me it rx only, and than tells me it's a lesser strength in lotion aisle. It's still 12% , WTF (where the ef) is a lotion aisle. None of the labels say Lotion aisle! I walk around store and find it in the Shave Needs! WTF did these ppl get their Pharm.D's and where is a companies employee dedication to the consumer. All of them pride in making consumer lives happier and easier, yet they overachieve the opposite!
