Untouchable Sounds Customer service is knowledgeable, respectful, understanding, patient, and very friendly. I did my research before choosing them to install their products on my vehicle. All the reviews I read about them from other customers were identical to my own experience. All positive... I'm glad I chose Untouchable Sounds to install the remote in my car. The customer service by Jenson ("J") is top notch! He's very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Just a really nice guy. I was given a 2 hour window But my car was done in 30 minutes!! He showed me how to work it and you get a 5 year warranty! I would highly recommend this place for your automotive needs. I had a great experience using Untouchable Sounds to replace my broken amplifier in my BMW. Jenson accurately diagnosed the problem (which BMW failed to do) and spent a great deal of time researching and locating the exact amp we needed at a reasonable price. He was always quick to respond to my inquiries and made a difficult situation much easier. I highly recommend them.

Went here to get my windows tinted on my Acura, this was recommended by a friend of mine. Honestly, I have to say the tints on my car came out perfect. Family owned business. Jansen the owner was awesome, even gave me some pizza while I waited. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my family and friends in the area that want to get tints or install a sound system on their vehicle. Thank you guys!
