On one particularly hot summer day, I accidentally left my Starbucks tumbler behind during a visit. “The place its clean and easy to access. The only negative thing i have to say about this location is that the rates changes every few months. They get you in with a great price and then within a year you’re paying almost double. They raise their rates like if you were living there. It’s a storage facility! Not an apartment!! Corporate greed in my opinion. Thats the only thing i’m not happy about. Otherwise, the place its well kept compared to other facilities.”

“The workers here are great, and the place is clean which is why this place even gets any stars. My main problem is that this place will jack up their prices after a few months. I’ve had to relocate to 3 different units every few months just to avoid paying higher rent. Sal did try to make it right by temporarily delaying one of their price hikes for 6 months but that wasn’t the answer I was looking for long term. After spending my whole weekend purging my small home, I reluctantly emptied my storage space today and brought everything back home. The thought of $150 a month to now $367 just didn’t sit right with me. No way am I going to support this business model. It’s not just this company, they all do it around me. Wouldn’t you rather have long term customers than try to rip people off? Sucks for them because I would have gladly given them years of rent if they had just kept the rent reasonable. Hope this helps.

“I had to move out of the northeast somewhat unexpectedly after being laid off earlier this year, and I knew at the time it would probably be more beneficial to leave most of my belongings behind instead of doing a temporary cross-country relocation just to have to move again in a few months. I've never owned my own unit before, and honestly most experiences I have heard of aren't the best, so I was apprehensive. But this Extra Space Storage really exceeded my expectations and made the initial renting, duration of the rent, and move-out so smooth. The manager, Kay, really was a huge help when I was trying to plan our move-out. She helped coordinate everything very easily, communicated when she received my key so my movers could get access, and helped them with getting access to the unit. My movers had great things to say over the phone about the cleanliness of the whole facility. I'm so happy with the experience that I'm going to get another unit at Extra Space here in Texas. Thank you so much!”
