Where do I start, I could simply say "Great Place". This was my first time at Roberts. I walked in with my weed whacker and explained my problem and Steve took the machine from me and looked at it. He started explaining how it works, I had told him the new head I purchased came without any instructions, I purchased it at another dealer. He took it apart right in front of me and explained how the head works, First the cord was very old he relaced it. Then he showed me each step in putting it together - twice. I am 73 years old and here is a person who does not even know me being so KIND. I shook his hand, be careful here, it is "solid as a brick". He didn't even charge me.Like I said I don't know what to say, I wish him the BEST! I won't forget.

My Dewalt battery-powered mower had just passed the warranty period when it needed repairs. Determined to find a repair shop, I made numerous calls and finally found Roberts Tool & Supply. Although they didn't normally repair Dewalt tools they didn't sell, Kevin, who provided exceptional customer service, understood my predicament and offered me options. He went above and beyond by ultimately offering to repair the mower despite challenges with obtaining the necessary parts from Dewalt. When it became clear that Dewalt could not deliver the required part, Kevin took it upon himself to broker a deal, resulting in Dewalt sending me a brand new mower. I am incredibly grateful for his time and dedication, and the entire office staff at Roberts Tool & Supply has been extremely friendly and welcoming whenever I visited. From now on, I will exclusively purchase my tools from Roberts Tool & Supply due to their unparalleled support. Thank you so much for everything!

This place is a treasure. We had our saw all repaired at Roberts. Great turn around time and the tech was helpful and and answered many questions. Recently we had a power drill which had an issue. Again quick repair while we waited and problem solved.

Worst experience ever guy was extremely rude wouldn’t even help lazy ... I drove all the way there and wouldn’t even do anything cause they close at 4:30pm lazy people. Won’t recommend

Roberts tool comes through in a pinch , I needed a straight line sander quickly and it was not a stock item . Roberts tool made several calls and I was able to have my tool within a couple of days . THANK YOU !!!!

Robert tools took my order for Ariens snow tire chains on Nov 13 2019. They did not deliver it ,so I called them today ( Nov 27 ). They told me that its on back order from ariens. I called ariens and gave them model number and part# . Ariens told me that this part is available and not back order. So apparently they are lying ( I spoke to bob who called himself buyer for robert tools). So this is shady dealer who lies to its customers.

The customer service was good every time I had a question it was answered even if they had to call me back. They didn't have the item I wanted in Stock so they ordered it and shipped it directly to me once they received it next day at that but It was worth the wait.

Great customer service you can't get from the big box stores. Mike was very helpful If you need a speciality item or something not in stock Mike will personally locate a source at the best price and delivery. Unlike an online vendor Roberts will take time to understand your needs speaking to you directly.

Was hit by the Sandy Hurricane. Power and heat out for 7 days as of now. Called Roberts and they said they had a generator in stock. I borrowed a truck and was there within the hour. When I arrived, that generator was not available, but they had one that was much more expensive. This was the classic bait and switch taking advantage of hurricane victims. Places like this should be shut down. Do not trust this place.
