Banking hours are not conducive to the clients they target. In addition history of banking, history of employment does not have an impact of credit decisions. Therefore, why target specific populations if the services will not be specific to them and more convenient to obtain.

This place will leave pending purchases or bills paid for up to a week, I was told my job sent my check to my account and won't release the funds for two to three day, of course my job stated that not how it was sent, I'm paid on Wednesdays and they sent the funds to the bank. It is sad that this company is doing this, causing the account to be charged a fee, unnecessary if the funds were sent or I paid the bill.

Customer attention is good, but any business with this bank, only works with Fiancees, Married Couples or people with a Wage around 40.000$ for year.

This bank is the worst bank ever, don’t even bother opening an account, their customer service is terrible and they’ll make your life a living hell just to close the account.

Worst banking ever you can never get in contact with anyone the app sucks the customer service is terrible i would not recommend I still haven’t received a debit card in over a month I keep going to bank every time I go machines are down to print me a card my sister opened a new account almost 3 weeks still no debit card also the fraud department flag every cash app or zellE and lock your card if they can’t get in touch with you overall the headache isn’t worth it I have business and some of my clients cash app or zelle me and the bank flags it every time
