He was respectful, and patient with the limited knowledge I have with small engines as a woman. Didn't try to throw parts at it. “Where do I start, I could simply say "Great Place". This was my first time at Roberts. I walked in with my weed whacker and explained my problem and Steve took the machine from me and looked at it. He started explaining how it works, I had told him the new head I purchased came without any instructions, I purchased it at another dealer. He took it apart right in front of me and explained how the head works, First the cord was very old he relaced it. Then he showed me each step in putting it together - twice. I am 73 years old and here is a person who does not even know me being so KIND. I shook his hand, be careful here, it is "solid as a brick". He didn't even charge me.Like I said I don't know what to say, I wish him the BEST! I won't forget.”
