The team at Parkway Exxon have earned my trust over the past 9 years that I've been going to their shop for gas, regular oil changes and vehicle maintenance. A recent experience and my first large-scale repair prompted me to share how impressed I am with the level of service and communication. The hours of labor that went into the repair was SHOWN in video and pictures that they provided to me and I can feel the difference in driving my car since the repair. The owners went the extra mile to help me with fair pricing, best parts for value (and my driving style). They even let me drop off and arranged pick up after hours and communicated with me about the service plan prior to starting the work and parts ordering. TEN STARS!

I have been going there for all my cars since 1998. A rare place that has a good repair service which doesn't go straight to your wallet for unnecessary or oversold repairs and parts. Trust worthy.

Disclaimer: this is for the tire shop [Parkway Exxon] as part of the Exxon. But this is NOT the Discount Tire that you may be familiar with further south with the warranty and credit.That being said, Rose is amazing. After some digging for a number to call, we were able to get ahold of the shop. I had to leave my car in front of their shop because I hit a pothole on 14th and Marin in Jersey City. Rose worked with us in getting the correct tire for my Camaro. It was extremely hasty being the fact that my tire is rare. She found the exact tire to replace my flat one. I kept the key with me because I didn't want to leave it overnight with the car. We couldn't make it back to the shop before noon, but by the time we got to the car, the tire was replaced. They are quick and efficient. We are grateful! ??

The worker was extremely rude. I pulled up into the gas station and he told me to move the car, I did without saying anything, assuming the first spot had an issue. Just when I was about to give my debit card to him, the guy then spat on the floor and when I told him that was unnecessary and disgusting he started cursing at me and my friend...
