I purchased a 2022 Kia Soul last week from Enterprise. What a great experience. The car was clean , like new condition. The salesman, Peter Abishai, is a no pressure person, the kind most people enjoy doing business with. I had the car checked and Enterprise had the oil changed and filters before showing the car, that's a big deal. Many dealers with take in a car and show it with no preparation. Even the internal A/C filter had been replaced. I'm super happy with my purchase. Also it is comforting to know Enterprise gives a seven day, 1000 mile period to use the car and if not satisfied return it and pay a nominal fee. Who else does that. I'm going to purchase my future used vehicles from Enterprise, no doubt about it. I also have a one year power train warranty with the car at no additional charge. All in all a great experience. See Peter over in Elmwood Park for your next car, you will not regret it.

I recently bought a Hyundai Sonata with Enterprise Car sale which is in RT-46 Elmwood Park. This rating is not for the staff in that location. They were nice to me through out my buying time. Especially the manager Luis tried his best to help me. But expected more better and transparency.
But this rating is for the mechanics or who ever certified that my car is good to sell. They didn’t care or ignored even though I said I felt the issue and they just convinced me that it is not an issue. And then I had to send my car back for 3-4 days for which I got very basic rental car which I was very upset because it is not smooth but loud and hard to drive.
And yes they fixed some of the issues but not all. And I realized it after couple of days again.
Now I have to sell this car and buy new one. It is not even 1 month since I bought it. This is really shame on people who just tried to sell bad cars to customers. I will never buy car from them again.
I have a baby whom I need to drop and pick up in his school every day. This car is not safe to drive at least for highways and long drive.

The team at the Elmwood Park location was fantastic. Alex and the team found a good balance between "salesy" & guidance which was very much appreciated. As someone that needed a new car quickly because mine was about to die the team walked me through the steps and I was able to get a new car quickly. Even though I am a week out from purchase, I am confident that I have good partner to answer questions if something arises.
