I made a 9am appt through RepairPal the day before, however, when I arrived, the shop is closed and no one was inside. The man at the gas station tried to help me and called the person to no avail. Very strange but I hope there was a good reason why the shop was closed on Monday at 9am when the hours on the door say open at 7:30am, and I had an appt.

The prompt repairs and maintenance work performed was thorough and now my son’s car runs smoothly. In the years that I've been going there, Elmwood Certified Auto Service has provided first class, professional, honest service to me for my older vehicles. Al keeps them running. And Al, with his friendly staff, keeps at it until the problem is fixed, while limiting extra non-related work, other than providing recommendations that will prevent issues later on.
