Get's the job done during operating hours. However, using the ATMs after closing is always a mission. The machines are old. There's always issues making cash/check deposits.It's upsetting that there are lines out the door to use the machines at 8pm. This is not safe. I sometimes have to resort to driving to different locations after making a trip to this one.

My wife went there today to talk to someone about her account and the trailer lady told her that she has to make an appointment to talk to someone inside. No one has value for your time. Your own bank won't talk to you without appointment, that's sad.

GARBAGE ATM MACHINES IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE BILLS!! I HAD 1000$ HAD TO DEPOSIT IT ONE BY ONE! THIS IS THE ONLY BRANCH OPEN NOW SINCE THE SADDLE BROOK ONE IS CLOSED AS WELL AS THE ELMWOOD PARK BRANCH! GARBAGE BANK MIGHT AS WELL GO TO SPENCERS SAVINGS

This Bank is centrally located where it can be easily accessible by customers and visitors. The staffers are courteous, respectful and helpful. My visit there recently was so rewarding. I went inside and someone from outsidejust came in and sat on one of the officesand said he works there, with know properbank ID he took my social security number.He said he was on break? Identity theft.

I have to say is this if you do not like your job why work in place you do not like attend people the right way? I had an experience with person here idk if he was David or no since when I arrive he did not tell me his name smh that's 1, 2 he was rushing threw everything 3 when ask me to put in pin he had an attitude over all disappointment to open account here but since this was close to me came here next time I need assistance rather go esle were but I will not come back here every again.
