The mechanic technicians are highly skilled at servicing our Mercedes Benz both scheduled maintenance service and service repairs . They order Mercedes parts and their pricing for service is trustworthy and transparent. If the service is outside their expertise they are honest it about and refer you to the Mercedes dealer for example I needed front Mercedes tire pressure sensors . I've been driving for years with a spotless record, but unfortunately, an inexperienced driver recently put a dent in the front of my car. Feeling defeated, I turned to Prestige Body Shop in Fort Lee, NJ, and their owner, Tommy, came to the rescue.
The repair process was extensive. Finding all the necessary parts proved to be a challenge, but Prestige persevered. While the wait was longer than expected, the final results were absolutely outstanding! My car looked brand new again.
Incredibly, after getting my car back, some unrelated problems surfaced. Without hesitation, Tommy offered to fix them free of charge! To top it all off, he even provided a rental car while they worked on my vehicle.
