THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! They are unfulfilledOn several occasions they don't know anythingwith your Merchandise that you are going to pick up they do not comply, I told them to deliver it to me, because I missed the trip several times and they tell me that I have to pay. for their non-compliance and poor service.It is unfair !The next day I go to get my money back and they do NOT want to give it back to me.There is NO POLICY on the invoice that prevents me from doing it!!!!And yet they have it... They did not provide their service to the customer, nor the delivery and I have the right, with just reason, to do so even more because of their BAD SERVICE - UNPUNTUALITY and NOT HAVING the merchandise, apart from that they even want to give me merchandise that I they want and another REfThey never returned my money.Customers !!! Be careful and go to New Jersey DIVSION Consumer Affairs!! And don't get robbed again!

It confirmed the negative ratings for this business that many users have left.Very, very bad service. I don't think they were employees. It seemed more like they were the owners. A woman and a man attended to us. Which we came to ask if they are responsible if they break something inside the condominium since it is the condominium that demands it, not me, but it is something logical and they said no at the same time that they both grabbed it in the opposite direction, letting me know two things, one that they are not responsible if they break something and another that they are not interested in selling anything.

Honestly, the attention of one of the women who serves is terrible, I went to see a mattress to give as a gift and it turns out that the lady was not in a good mood, I asked her the price she told me $100 without a discount and then another of the sellers told me but I told her to take it for $80 but since it was part of a gift I wanted to be sure that the person who was going to receive it agreed.When I left I saw a mattress with a metal base that folded and I thought it was ideal because it saves space. This lady was leaving behind so I very kindly asked her the price and she jokingly told me if you thought the one was expensive. $80 you will be able to pay $250 ??It should be noted that since we entered the store with my daughter and some relatives, this woman responded in a harsh manner.?Attention to the owners of this store, be very careful with the staff you hire for customer service, these people should be trained to serve the customer in the best way and above all to respect and not assume what the other person can or cannot pay. This happened today, Thursday, October 19, 2023 around 8 pm. ?Deep down I thought 100 isn't that bad for a mattress that was part of a gift, BUT this person's audacity changed my point of view. The only thing I could answer is that $80 doesn't seem expensive to me since we have Sealy mattresses at home.

I don't know why this store still doing business? They lie to customers, you pay to get your delivery, no body shows up. Very bad service and I discouraged people to buy at Yadis store in Elizabeth if you want your money and your furniture. Scamers

Worst place everEverything is so expensive for no reason. They took our money for deposit when we didn’t buy nothing, and they don’t want to give the money back. They have same thing for way better prices next door. Scammers!

Worst place I ever done business with left and deposit left me waiting twice went back to get my money for deposit store never open now I have to go to court to get my deposit which I'm in the process of if I ever want my money back that place seems like a scam the on in union city and 34 the st in reference to what the owner wrote why should I trust a company with 2 failed delivery waiting 10 hours total completely lied to and can't be trusted you just can't handle the truth and plus lied to me about someone coming to store on numerous occasions and was more than patient wasn't my fault u messed up on your end now court the only option for a manager who constantly lies like I've read in other posts I think the owner has alot of nerve to post something negative about me but how would he feel if he lost 800 dollars lol not too happy I bet I took them to court September 17th and won judgement cause no one even showed up to represent them that tells alot about yadis and how they care about there customers now I have to make them honor this judgment and I will make every effort to do it

Encima te da actitud como que estas compando con su dinero. Ahora mismo tiene una demanda en la Corte de mi parte por ladrona y abusadora. No compren ah nunca. I had a wonderful experience here. They helped me with everything I needed and when I didn’t find it in store, they helped me find it in the catalog and deliver straight to my house! I love my bed set and dining set from here!!

This is the worst store ever. They are thieves and liars. They will blatantly lie in your face about your delivery. They have done this to many other people and refuse to give refunds even when you have been waiting for MONTHS. I wish i had never set foot into this place. pleas please please do not come here.

Honestly I wish I could give this place a good review but I would be lying if I did. We ordered a sectional with three barstools the FIRST week of November. We waited over 5 MONTHS for our order to FINALLY BE DELIVERED, only for it to be incomplete. We called and requested an explanation and answers for weeks and weeks. Nothing.There’s never a direct response or solution. Nobody ever answers the phone. Finally they gave us a refund instead of delivering what they said was on its way for months. I’m honestly disappointed we spent our money here. Terrible service

bad bad bad, really a bad service this place is like a scam honestly! a month ago I went over there with my mom to find a bed. Unfortunately, my mom found one and is still the day that we are still waiting for the bed to be delivered! every time that we call or they never answer, or they answer but just to say a bunch of excuses about why they don't have the bed yet! my mom and I are extremely tired of waiting, she still sleeping with me because they're not going to deliver the bed! and when we finally ask for a refund, the girl that was there told me that it takes 14 days but now it has passed more the 14 days and they still haven't give us our money back! when we called to see what happened again, they just say a bunch of nonsense excuses and never give us a call back! unbelievable if I could give them less than a zero I would! if I don't receive the money that we paid, you guys don't let me any choice but sue you! because money don't grow from the trees, we make them by our work and sacrifice! but most of all my mom and I were really patient and very polite with you guys so is a shame that we received this kind of bad service or I if could say for you guys a simple joke!
