“This Costco warehouse is decent. Costco always offers a variety of products at a great price for their membership. The food is okay too. My only complaint is the long shopping lines accompanied with the long line for receipt checks and how crowded the store gets. The overcrowding and long lines discourage me from shopping at Costco.”

“Y'all... This place is magical. I came in with a countertop dishwasher adapter that wasn't fitting my hose-with-a-spray-head style faucet. I had been to 2 hardware stores and stumped some weathered handymen until one of them recommended this place. It was a last ditch effort before having to mail back a 55 pound dishwasher to Amazon, which I dreaded with every fiber of my being.The staff here was amazing -- they spent 20 minutes looking for solutions for me. It was a complex problem and I could only bring the adapter with me and not the faucet head it was supposed to connect to (of which I had only pictures), but eventually these incredible professionals came up with a creative fix involving 2 additional parts for which I had to pay less than $10. Now I'm home and they fit! It works! Literally feels like a miracle. Thank you so much!”

“Optical Services by Chris.We have gone to Costco, Lens Crafters, and a small shop within the Staten Island mall. Costco and Lens Crafters would not touch my wife's Fendi frames she owned. The small shop did, and my wife received them; they did not work correctly, and they stated that her prescription needed to be corrected, not the lens. We then went to BJ's and met Chris, and within a few seconds, he told us he could fulfill her prescription on her Fendi Frame. We waited while he finished up with another customer. During this time, I was looking at frames but wasn't there to purchase any due to just ordering my frames at Lens Crafters. Then I saw a deal to buy one frame, the second free, and found two that could work for me.While Chris helped my wife, I listened, realized Chris's knowledge and experience, and felt confrontable speaking to him about my two-frame going forward. At the end of the encounter, my wife had her frames ready to be processed, and I also had two pairs of frames processed. One frame was something I would have as a second pair, like the ones from Lens Crafters, and the other was a pair that Chris recommended for work only due to the amount of computer work I do, and progressives are the best type of glasses. I paid less than Lens Crafters for one frame with eyeMed insurance for the two I ordered at BJs. Granted, the frames are not Oakley, but the lens was much better on a few specs, such as a broader progressive angle and better-polarized transitions.The experience was so good we brought our two sons and purchased three more frames with Chris' help. We have all received our Glasses, and for every pair, Chris made sure comfort and proper expectations were done, and we are a happy family.”

“This beauty supply store is a very beauty supply store. I have been a satisfied customer for 20+ years. Today I went in to pick up some hair for me and my daughter's braids, hair gel, beads for decorating my hair. There is so much to see and each isle is stocked. Lastly, the customer service and product knowledge is wonderful and the employees make shopping a pleasure. They are very helpful and polite. I can say that I can never go in and not take the time out to browse. They also always makes you feel like an appreciated customer. This is definitely a business that I will continue to support And I will continue to refer my family and friends to.”

“Bjs always come through for me with delivery options available or even in store. What I love about this place most is that they always have digital coupons you can preload to your card for deals. They also accept manufacturers' coupons too. They have a huge walk in that you could literally stroll for hours. Rarely, they have samples of random items throughout the store. It's better to go mid week if you're trying to avoid long lines and large crowds. Weekends are for the gangster shoppers who don't mind being on mile long lines. The produce is mostly fresh and filled to the brim. Veggies and fruits are neatly stacked. They have a decent cheese area. Plenty of frozen and fresh goods and the prices sometimes go up and down but usually still much cheaper to buy in bulk. I have done my shopping with BJs and without it and let me say it's always better with it. The workers here work very hard and customer service is good. It can be chaotic at times depending on the day but it's always worth it. Great selections, great prices.”

“If you like blindside backing, this is your ranch?. Very limited room here and about 7 more trucks than should be in here plus a garbage truck jockeying for space can be a bit hectic. I did manage to do a u turn in a very tight space so that I could back up on drivers side but I was scared that I would bust my hoses the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t ding a star on the review because the manager and employees here had a sense of humor and were so refreshingly nice! Plus I was late and they worked me in, so no griping will commence. Once I was assigned a door, I was unloaded and out within an hour. There were a couple of experienced drivers there that graciously helped me navigate the u turn and getting parked to wait for a door. Very much appreciated. The manager even came out to make sure everything was going okay (as far as finding a place to park) with the various drivers. “First of all, this Costco location doesn't sell beer, wine or liquor. That's due to outdated, protectionist, anti-consumer New Jersey State law. (While it's understandable that the owners of small liquor stores would worry about their businesses, a look at California shows that independent alcohol retailers still thrive regardless of competition.)Otherwise, this Costco offers all the benefits of any other location, a great variety of tasting samples and occasionally unexpected surprise discounts, at least if you haven't looked at their most recent circular. Of course, some values are better than others, so it still pays to do your homework around such issues as cost-per-unit calculations. (Yes, I am a nerd.)The staff has been pleasant when approached politely with an issue, and I've always had my concerns addressed in a timely manner. (Remember, they're people, too!) My one minor gripe is that the pizza department hasn't answered the phone when I've tried to call in an order, but I also recognize that they're extra busy and likely understaffed. Still, my kids love the pizza, and it's such a good price that the wait ends up being a small inconvenience. (See, small, independent pizzerias are still thriving in New Jersey despite the competition! And there are many other local pizzerias I count as my favorites and still patronize!)”

“We go to our regular eye doctor every year and just provide the prescription to Costco optical. We've been doing this for years. However, we tried going to Target earlier this year just to try --- Never again! Their glasses are cheaply made even the branded ones, so every time the glasses break, we have to pay $25. We'll stay with Costco optical. Michael & his colleague were very knowledgeable and helpful from our last visit with my son. He's so happy with his glasses where we got a $50 off for two. Great experience.”

“Since the BJ’s app launched an express pay feature (not available for food stamps recipients.. yet) shopping has been quicker than ever. But if you’re paying with cash or food stamps go early. Parking spots for Online order pickups are always full with regular parked cars. My advice, go within their earlier hours and you’ll be good.”
