I order smoothies from Wawa daily. Yesterday smoothie was disgusting. The lady Maria doesn’t know what’s she is doing this is the second time she messed up my order. First time it was my snack wrap it was sloppy and tortilla was ripped up!

This Wawa is super busy, any time of the day. The baked turkey hoagie is about the best they have to offer, which is quite tasty !!! Order ahead on app for quick in and out.

Slow as molasses and don't expect them to make your sandwich as you specifiy, they never do and never will. I give up!

Every time I’m here there is a woman in the deli section who constantly argues with customers and staff. She yelled at a customer who wasn’t even talking to her and was having a conversation with his family about being late. The second time she was yelling about a manager not calling more people in to help and her having to wear a radio talking over the food. Telling the customers “I’m not rushing for no one” and rolling her eyes. Extremely unprofessional.

Not all Wawa’s created equally. And this place is the perfect example in its poor service, low quality ingredients (or if sourced equally just poorly served) • followed by a negative atmosphere • would choose the Kearny one any day over this one ☝?

Be careful Wawa who are you hiring. Yesterday on 4/12/24 went to fill up the gas for 20 dollars. Gave 20$ to gas intendant, told him "20$ regular", he repeated after me the amount and started fueling, I went to the bathroom, came back and saw on the gas pum that he filled up for 5 dollars. I called him to let him know that he filled for 5 and I gave him 20, he was telling me that's how much you gave me. I told him that that is not true and that I didn't even have 5 dollars bill in my wallet. After going back and forth with him on how much I gave him, I just gave up and told him to enjoy his free lunch on my behalf. He stole the money from me and God knows how long he's been doing it, his excuse was that he didn't see right away how much I gave him, even though he looked into the bill in his hand. From now on, I'm not fueling for cash, because nobody has time to argue with intendants or wasting time reporting them to management. But be mindful when you're filling up the gas in this station rt 1&9 at Elizabeth NJ

Stop in once a week, 4 weeks in a row they've screwed up my food order. Service seems to get worse as time goes by. Employees are nice but in stock items not replenished registers broken or not staffed.

Out side people very bad I was ther 12:15AM tall guy outside so bad parson I wait 20 minutes but he sitting in cabin watching TikTok videos I gat gas my self then he came out and start abusing me very bad

Security guard on site homeless people outside . Security guard does nothing to deter them . My dog caught someone reaching in car . Back entrance is locked so you have to walk around store . Bathroom dirty . Employees use the bathroom and no hot water to wash hands . Personal is ok .

Since the reviews aren't up to date - I'll do one. Elizabeth Wawa - RETRAIN YOUR STAFF. Or at least hire individuals who KNOW how to READ, AND COMPREHEND. I ordered a tuna sandwich, I'm not going to sit here and type ALL the toppings I requested. But let me just tell you , the only things on my sandwich was lettuce and tomato .. didn't even put MAYO. I didn't even know a tuna sandwich can be " dry" - like are you SERIOUS?! READING IS FUNDAMENTAL! How do you mess up an order that literally TELLS you what to put on ? Especially when it's on the receipt ? This isn't the first time this happened either. I visited this location 2x. Gave it a second try , and I swear waste of money and time.. everyone go take that trip, find another Wawa .. because clearly this one isn't it. Between the rudeness , untrained staff, the staff who doesn't know how to read ... just go somewhere else. We get it. People don't like their jobs. But if that's the case , look for a new one or do better with your life so you don't end up here. Give someone else your placement that won't take advantage of this opportunity. Especially this time around in the world ! Deff won't be coming back here, the one in union on Rt.22 is way better ! Much more friendlier & willing to redo any mistakes THEY know they did !
