Parked in staging area beside gate. Filled out info, name, number, truck number, trailer number, license plate for BOTH, Company name. Got a call 20 minutes later docked at door. Didn't know I had to bring paperwork to door 330 but figured it out fast when all the other drivers started going in. Pay for lumper before they start. 140$

Please Read!!!1. When you arrive to this place, park at the staging area and walk to the security to be let in the yard.2. Bring your paperwork and driver license.Know your tractor number and license plate.Same for the trailer, number and license plate.3. Wait in your truck till you are let in to the yard. The security will give you a paper with the Dock Door you need to go.4. VERY IMPORTANT! make sure once you are in the yard go to the office inside de yard to drop off your paperwork.If you don’t do this you won’t get unloaded!5. Once the finish they will call you and you pay lumper fee.One star review because the security at this place it is not helpful, you just have to find for your self

Just wanted to write a review to point out that you get what you give. The security guard was nice after I was nice to him. A smile and a friendly word go a long way.

Guards at the security office had no people skills, and neither did the people in the receiving office. This place doesn't respect a truck drivers time. Had an Appointment time for 3:00pm, and i arrived at 2:00pm on 12/29/23. was told that this place wasn't going by appointments. then why schedule an appointment to get unloaded. it literally makes no sense. I waited till 7:00pm. Got unloaded in a hour, but waited for paperwork for another 39-40 minutes. this place is ridiculous. Staging Area is a tight back, and sometimes hardly any spots. better off parking on the street.

Some drivers are crabs if not offloaded in ten minutes. Always racing to ho nowhere. Appt at 7am door by 7:30… TACO TRUCK IS FIRE!PARK AT STAGINGWALK TO GUARD SHACKBRING:Drivers License, trailer plate, truck plate…Pork roll sandwich and rice and garlic chicken

In 16 years driving its been at least 3 since I've given 5 stars..arrived at 2pm in by 3 unloaded by 4pm...I was tardy do to traffic..had to take GW south and I know better..put easy listen music and actually enjoyed this whole process today...plenty of room here..***.important*** stage on left of guard shack and walk up...DONT GO THROUGH GATE!!

They have overnight parking and restroom, taco truck sale good food for fair price in the morning.

HiMy Name is Gary I would like toHave use Congratulate Hailey from Customer service. Hailey from Hyland blvd I was in there tonight with a big issue and she took the time out of her busyness she went above and beyond to help me out this Friday evening 1/26/2024 @ approximately 6:30 PM I wanna say she needs to be moved up to a lead at customers service or a Manger of the front end or a manger of customer service I was so great full she went on and above for me and my mom and I wanna make her Recognized and wanna say thank you to her so much and I would like to thank the Manger Ron he did what was the right thing to do he took care of us

The worst Lumber customer service I ever see. It took me 5 hrs to un load , when I get a green light , I paid the lumber but they hold my papers 1.5 hours one of them sleep on the chair, the old guy. I would never come back. To this place

Got here about 14 hours before appt time security was rude but they do have a restroom. Did not know of staging area. You would think if they were that annoyed by drivers pulling into entrance like a normal truck driver would do. They would have better signage to alert drivers. They allow you go park at their staging area while you wait to b called. Appt time was for 7a. They called around 4am went to door and waited while they unloaded me. Went to take a nap. Come to find out almost two hours later that I also needed to go into receiving office. Noone informed me until that moment. Only was told by guard to pull into door ###. Receiving office is by door 330. Lumber fee. To help you prevent you getting attitude as if what we bring isnt the reason why these people at these warehouses have jobs. Park at staging area before you check in is on the left hand side of guard shack. Confirm your phone # and when they call you in go to the receiver's office. Good luck.

I dread delivering to any Wakefern location. Wakefern is the worst among grocery warehouses. This location is no different. Always be prepared to spend all day trying to get a load delivered if you go there.
