passed by here going to another store on a busy black friday afternoon, yesterday. was SUPER packed. and a darker toned male, in his late 20's from here procceded to wave a flyer, in my dads face. now he is a little bit bigger but he's had issues in the past with weight. so my dad was carrying a bottle of sprite and the man said "you should put down the bottle of sprite and hit the gym man, its about time" and yeah, i thought it was slightly funny but thats honestly no way to sell him YOUR store products. mind you it wasnt even a good sale that was going on anyways. my family and i honestly just found it super rude and bitter. nobody wants to hear ANYONE say that about a family member. really disgusting

I had the best experience at the Jersey Gardens store in Elizabeth. Vitamin World has the best manager, Ed. He is the reason I keep coming back. I typically don't trust other vitamin companies to handle my products with care, which is why I buy all of my family's supplements from Vitamin World.

I placed an order for the first time 2 weeks ago only to receive the incorrect item. When I called had to prove that I received the wrong item and was told they would ship the correct items. I was willing to ship back their product. Four days later I receive an email stating that due to high volume they would not be shipping my items. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!

This store had a clean positive environment. The store employees were attentive to my needs and answered every question. That’s important for store to have excellent employees. Being disabled that’s important. They had chairs and a bench to sit on.

I very rarely decide to leave reviews or voice my opinions unless my experience was extremely bad and my recent visit to this store was just that an extremely bad and confusing experience so I actually just walked in after seeing some advertisings about what seemed liked an excellent deal so I decided to have a look immediately as soon as I stepped in I was greeted by a Hispanic gentleman at the counter which initially was nice but things got pretty strange from there on so this same gentleman who greeted me kind of starts following me around I didn’t really care it’s happened before I’m African American and Puerto Rican I have had similar experiences I don’t appreciate it but I try not to let it bother me what bothered me about this Particular encounter is how this gentleman went about it he was like hopping in and out of corners everytime I glanced his way he like attempted to hide and act like he wasn’t paying attention it actually really irritated as his actions were so openly disrespectful he attempted to engage me in conversation but his questions and mannerisms were making me more angry as I knew exactly what he was doing and at this point I wasn’t going to stay shut I informed him that he was making me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t like how he was addressing me i informed him that I didn’t need any immediate help and would immediately call him if I did his outlandish behavior continued until I decided to leave at which point the gentleman behind the counter shook his head and Snickered as if his behavior was somehow funny and not appalling beware I don’t know if this is typical behavior for there employees but it seemed like to me that at least for this gentleman this was his normal behavior I won’t ever be back to this this store or any other stores or market associated with vitamin world one thing was made clear to me vitamin world condones this kind of behavior from their employees or encourages it and that can’t be accepted

Minorities please be very careful in this store I would avoid at all costs I’ve unfortunately had extremely bad experience on two separate occasions now there is a Hispanic male Who is extremely rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable on both visits he was extremely rude following me around the store asking me numerous questions that made me feel uncomfortable around him even after I informed him I didn’t need any help numerous times he continued to basically harass me and follow me making me feel extremely uncomfortable now this is a relatively small store in a mall now I’m a 40 year old Hispanic male myself a little on the darker side and his actions screamed racism when I informed him that he was making me feel extremely uncomfortable and his line of questioning was not cool and his help was not needed he continued his actions forcing me to basically leave The whole situation honestly left an extremely bad taste in my mouth I will not be shopping in the store or with this company ever again he actually told me he was a Manager if this is the level of service I can expect from one of their managers I would hate to be anywhere near one of there associates extremely disappointing experience

immaculate product display. so happy with the staff, they're very honest with you. each time I visit I feel welcomed and I've been helped even when I was very new to protein powder, super foods, or vitamins, period, and had lots of questions.

Extremely disappointed in the service in this store I’ve been a long time customer but was treated extremely rude in my last few purchase on my last purchase I was Racially profiled by the manager by the name of Louis Who actually mistakenly well at least I hope it was a mistake use a derogatory term with me I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the corporate offices of vitamin world

I recently came to the Vitamin World store in Elizabeth and was very impressed with the customer service there. I was greeted right away from a young man Chris. I needed things that my doctor needed me to take and was sure what that all meant. Chris accomendated my needs and got on some products along with the ones that my doctor recommended to me. I'm coming back to that store to shop for my vitamins.

I went to the mall and saw a Vitamin world there. I went in to see what they had and a lady named Marlee helped me find what I was looking for and she was very informative and polite to me and what I love was that she took the time to hear my needs. I was very pleased with the service.

Terrible service! Yes I m not native English peaking and wanted buy something. They had an action, but I couldn't t understand clear what the seller said me. I asked one more time but he started yelling for me! Are you ok guys to give a job for seller like this???? Never ever again. Really bad experience. It was 11/11/18 in Elizabeth Garden Mall. Management, please ,speak with your seller. I felt really bad and upset and also it looked like a discrimination because my English not clear.
