Worse vet, had a emergency with my pet, the receptionist told me no walk-ins , I told her my dog is really sick she said I'll give you an appointment 3 weeks. I asked to speak to the vet Tony and she refused I told her I want to make a complaint and asked for her name and her response to me was I'm his daughter. Well I took my dog to Pet Well in Union I was told if I waited any longer my dog would of died. Start finding another Vet.

No matter how much I call to try to make an appointment since we can’t just walk in. They don’t pick up. I’m desperately trying to make an appointment for my dog to get blood work and other things done. The call just says they are closed due to holidays, but there is no holidays, 4th of July is just a one day holiday. The website says they are open but no answer or no call back. I left a my name and number in their voicemail about 2 weeks ago and still nothing. This is very upsetting and unprofessional of them. VIP animal hospital Please call me back !!!!

I've been dealing with Dr. Tony since the year 2000. He and his medical crew are compassionate, professional and accommodating. Dr. Tony has treated all of my beloved pets throughout the years and I am so greatful to have him as my pets VET. God bless Dr. Tony and his practice!! My senior dog Clementine would not have made it this far without Dr. Tony's VIP treatment. Thanks do much!!! I recommend VIP to all!

He's a good veternarian but he's too expensive for anyone, who make under six figures. There are more caring people with less than a $100,000 salary that are being priced out of pet healthcare than those, who don't!
