This place absolutely sucks. I live very close however they are literally always on lunch break and the staff is always so rude. I literally have to drive 15 minutes away to another location to get my packages taken care of. These people that work here need to be investigated and fired! Unacceptable!

This has to be one of the worst Post Office locations in Elizabeth. The young African American woman who works the counter by the name of Tyesha needs to be fired and replaced as soon as possible. She should not even be allowed to work with the general public. She is rude, unprofessional and has no "People Skills" whatsoever. She should be ashamed of herself for such unprofessional conduct while at work as a federal employee. Honestly speaking, this woman does not deserve her job at all and the Post Master really needs to consider replacing this employee with someone who can actually do the job. There are plenty of people out there who would love a federal government job with full benefits and full pension after 20 years of service. She doesn't seem to appreciate that and seems to be taking that for granted. If she were stuck working the counter or a cash register at Walmart or Mcdonald's, I guarantee you that she would learn to have more appreciation for the job that she has right now. I came in with 10 packages that were already packaged and pre-labeled with postage that I had already paid for online when this woman rudely yelled at me that she will only scan 5 of the 10 packages and would not scan any more than that. She didn't have to weigh the packages, package the items or even label them, yet scanning more than 5 packages was a problem for this woman when that is what she is getting paid to do in the first place. She works in an air conditioned building while being paid very well to do it, yet scanning more than 5 packages doesn't seem to be in her job description according to her. This is an absolute joke and this location needs to be audited by the U.S. Post Master General. When I go to the grocery store and purchase more than 5 items, the manager doesn't get angry with me because I spent too much money and gave his store more business, rather he is thankful and welcomes more business. Since when is the Post Office mad at a business owner for paying for more shipping and utilizing their services for packages? This woman is detrimental to the Post Office's business and is actually scaring away customers with such rude, obnoxious and absurd behavior. I am totally disgusted in the experience that I had here and will never visit this location again, even if that means I have to travel further in order to conduct my business with the Post Office. Tyesha needs to be replaced ASAP and her conduct while on the job needs to be investigated.

I paid for a one-day express service, they even invoiced me, and on the invoice after charging me for one-day shipping they say that they will arrive in 2, today is the third day and the package does not arrive when I was clear that it is urgent and It should have arrived in the time I was paid for, terrible service.

Public worker is very RUDE! None helpful at all. No questions answered, just walked away to the back.definitely needs to be audited.

The truth is that I lost my money when sending a document via express. Supposedly it would arrive in a maximum of 5 days. The woman in charge at that office offered me a service that would take 3 to 5 days and charged me $65 as such and to this day it has not arrived. The problem is that I needed it to arrive in record time because it was urgent but I lost the money because that document did not arrive on time and now they do not return the money, what a bad service they do not care about the needs of their clients I will not return to that office

Be aware they put a close sign any time during the day . I don’t care if they close one hour 2 hours maybe to go lunch. But please make it the same time everyday
