Today I went to the post office and I was surprised by the terrible service they have. I went with my daughter to return a package and i did self service to print the label, then I proceeded to the window to give the package to the worker so she can return the package. I was surprised when she told me that she could not receive the open package that in order to return the package I had to buy a tape to close it. I didn't know that to return an open package I had to buy the tape to close it . People don't want to work and on top of that they also charge for a tape that is something that should be provided by the post office. I will not return to this post office ever again. Terrible service and lazy people

Bad experience at the postal service, always with an attitude like they hate their job. I prefer to go to the one on Newark Ave. It's small but the person serving has a good attitude, the only thing missing there is more boxes ? to send and labels

i honestly am not one to make reviews at all but this place is just terrible ?so uncoordinated, machines are never working, lines are terrible, and delivery service is just so bad i had to start shipping out stuff in a different usps.

Horrible customer service and the supervisor is of no use! Had a passport appointment for 9:30 and was told that there is no one there to do it by the supervisor. Why give me an appointment time if you’re not able to honor it?!? They have no respect for people’s time. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Never coming back to this location!

By far the worst post office in elizabeth. Always 1 women at the window who always has a mad face on and attitude. No regard for people’s time and the man who works there post master or what ever he is, is also good for nothing no help at all.

if only their workers knew how to do their jobs it’s either leaving the package wherever so it’s easy for it to get lost or stolen or especially just putting it at the wrong address. It’s not that hard to just mail stuff and put it at the right address it’s sad. hire actual people who will do their job right
