I ordered a name plate over 2 months ago from this place. I spent over $400. They told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks is also the time frame for you to get a refund. Every time I come in to see if it’s ready they tell me they have not received it and to wait for their call. It’s been over 2 months now. I have not received a call. I have not received my name plate. I am not eligible for a refund (lol how ironic). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. THEY’LL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY. Once it takes long theirs no chance of you getting your money back. Go to a different jeweler. I’m sure they’ll be more honest and upfront with you. They’re always stalling every time I show up. They know they’re a joke and now you know it too.

Good quality and adequate pressure to buy. The deals are comparable to other places. Signs of "75% off" are not completely accurate. Buyer beware

What an amazing experience I had at Gabriel Jewelers on Fifth Jewelry Exchange ! After looking at 10 different places such as retail jewelry shop stressing for the perfect engagement ring , huge shout out to Gabriel made the process fun and did exactly what I wanted ! He is the man !! Highly Recommend to come down for any of your jewelry needs ! Gabriel attention to detail and follow up process even after purchase has been amazing !! Will be back

Went to diamond crown to get some earrings and their prices were so overpriced, I went across Oscar jewelry and turned out they were owned by the same person. The Employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there and kept going on their phones and talking to each other instead of trying to help me. I honestly wouldn’t go here again, unless I try a different booth

I purchased the perfect engagement ring from Gabriel. He found the diamond for me which fit my criteria and set it in a beautiful band. I shopped for the diamond for months with different jewelers and within a few days of meeting Gabriel, he found that perfect stone at the best price I had seen. First, let me start off by saying how amazing Gabriel is! He’s extremely professional, helpful, listens to exactly what you want, and provides the best quality stone, while staying within your budget. He’s also amazing at finding that rare one of a kind piece that you’ll keep forever! I have purchased many many pieces of jewelry from him, and they’ve all been perfect and I get TONS of compliments! I refer all my family and friends, not only because I trust every thing he advises, but also because I trust him as if he was my family! He is someone whom actually cares about making you happy and providing a piece that will withstand a lifetime! His prices are beyond reasonable, and say you may want to upgrade at a later time? Don’t worry! He’ll take what he sold you and apply it towards the bigger item. I can’t rave about him enough. See there's one thing with jewelers that most don't understand. I've spent thousands with Gabe, not just for me but my wife and kids. You can't talk a jeweler down to your budget people because how do they make money to feed their family?? Not only is his jewelry great quality but he can also make whatever jewelry you desire. It's been years that I've brought jewelry from Gabe and people I highly recommend that Gabe is the guy!! He's got the people. People come to him wanting to spend 300 and expect the finer things but be real with yourself, it's an investment. I advise you guys to go and just talk to him and you'll see why he's my only jeweler!! Shout to my guy and I'm going to change my earrings now as well?????
