Unexpected Early Closure - Disappointing ExperienceReview:I recently visited Tu Cambiaras Salon Unisex, excited for a much-needed hair appointment. However, my experience was marred by the salon closing a whole hour earlier than its advertised closing time. This was particularly disheartening for me, as my busy schedule with work and school leaves me with limited time for personal care.The early closure not only disrupted my plans but also left me without the service I hadanticipated. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but communication about such changes would have been greatly appreciated. As a customer, it's crucial to rely on the posted hours, especially when juggling a tight schedule.I hope the salon considers improving their communication and adhering to the advertised hours to avoid inconveniencing clients who depend on those specific time slots.

I ruin my hair. I got my hair done with Evelin in October and then I cried like crazy because she destroyed my hair!!! I had it super long and healthy. While I was bleaching my hair I was combing my hair and doing other things. I stopped putting on the foils to go with someone else. I burned my hair, I had to cut many inches. If you want to be blonde, don't go with Evelin because she doesn't know how to work.
