make sure you know your size. i was told a online return take a month to process and get a refund. for this to be a well known company there policy on returns and refunds are very poor. no one emails back, there's no working phone numbers. you can not speak to a live person. i will never shop with them again

Not the store itself but the customer service team. You have to email and wait for days to get a response. The delivery takes about 7 plus days. This is an iconic brand to have such poor customer service and delivery service

It’s Christmas Eve and I drove here just to be told that the store was closed at 5:42pm! Holiday hours state it closes at 6 and I’ve spent thousands of dollars here! Plus I knew what I wanted! I’m switching my style up as of today! And putting true religion behind me after this!!!

My friend and I have called the New Jersey store SEVERAL times trying to see if an item was in stock. No one has answered all day.

Very hard to get in touch with anyone about a purchase. I really like their items, but if you need to exchange or return something, it’s very difficult.There is no one to help you. I text the number they gave me but it’s a robot so good luck with hearing back from them. Their system sucks. For all the money you pay, they should be able to help with problems. I buy a lot from them but this is the first time I had to return anything. I’m not a happy camper

Excellent staff and quality. I’ve been there for the last time on Thursday 6/15. The lady that was there helped me so much you have no idea. She was very kind, and had an exquisite taste that helped me out deciding on what to take when I was in doubt. I wish I remembered her name, I just remember she was there alone that Thursday afternoon.

Employees was very standoff ish especially since it was no one in the store actually buying anything at the time. Tried to get a price adjustment to match online and was told no. The old team definitely has more attentive then this

I ordered a shirt and 3 pair of jeans online I was told online that I could return an item at this particular store I called the store to confirm before going there I was told by a sales associate That I could not return the shirt that I purchased online at this store Prior to that try reaching out to corporate for return label to no Avail left over 10 emails over 10 text messages I was originally sent the link to print out a return label the link did not work Very disappointed with true religion right now
