Such a great pharmacy! Not only is the staff so friendly and personable, but they fill your medications in a matter of 10 minutes or less! Best pharmacy that I have ever had! Never plan on changing.

Recently, I was informed that I someone at an event I attended had tested positive for COVID-19. Although I tested negative twice over next 14 days with home test kits, wanted the assurance of a PCR Lab test. Take Care Pharmacy was recommended by employee of another local business (Elmora Healthcare) as place to get walk-in PCR test as opposed to drive-up since I had no car. On same afternoon arrived at Take Care Pharmacy and young female employee so graciously assisted me with setting up an online account with the Lab pharmacy partnered with, explained the self administered collection process. Not much different from process used in Covid home testing kits. Unlike nearby CVS on Westfield Ave in Elizabeth, Take Care is a locally owned business with great customer service. Also noted that this business has wide range of vitamins, supplements and other items for same.Will be back to check out what is on offer.P.S.: Take Care is located in the mini mall fronted by 7-11 on Elmora Ave in which Sakura, Wingstop, Dollar General, T-Mobile, a beauty supply, a nail salon, farmers market, etc. are located. Best of all, my favorite spot for cold or hot drinks, Dunkin Donuts, anchors this mall. Have been living in Elmora neighborhood since 1997. Love it!

The first time I went to this pharmacy because it was the only place I could find my medicine, and I liked the service and everything, so I came back twice with two more prescriptions, and with one prescription first they said that only one medicine I had to pay around $30, then they called me again saying that was a mistake, that my insurance only covered 1 medicine, and I had to pay the other 2, one was $90, and the other $30, so I said no, only the one that costed $30. I went to Walgreens to get my medicine since i didn’t need the prescription for that one and it was like $23. Today, my doctor gave me the same prescription, and I went to another pharmacy with the same medicines and I didn’t pay anything. I think they take advantage of you and that’s no good. I’m hoping never going back there again.

When I went there for my COVID vaccine,vthe pharmacist practically begged me to transfer my prescriptions to her, which I did. After filling my prescriptions for a couple months, she told me I need to find a different pharmacy & she would not fill my prescriptions anymore. Basically she decided she wasn't making enough money off my insurance. Why would she have me transfer everything over just to tell me she won't accept my prescriptions? Greedy pharmacist. Don't waste your time going here. It's all about the all mighty dollar to Sabina.
