Been doing business with 1&9 for the last 5 years and it’s always a been a walk in the park. They literally do anything from scratch. If you want a family atmosphere and A1 work, I suggest you head down there and give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

I will ever ever” work with these unorganised ppl again. For 4 months they had my sign , as I kept calling for months I always got the run around, I was never rude and recorded every convo that was made . The lady always blaming on the designer and designer blames it on the lady at the front . So two days ago I come to their store to ask what’s the hold up he tells me to take my sign and tells me sorry he’s busy and you didn’t give a deposit. I’m like you never ask for a deposit I can give it to you right now . He was like that’s ok we busy smh I was never ever rude or disrespectful to any as it looks they have inside work issues. All of my buddies that own business I let them hear the last conversation with them and we will not give them any business and would let others know as well smh very unprofessional

I'll start by saying that the sign is nice and looks nice. Their customer service or follow-ups (if you have a problem) is terrible. It's been three months since they installed my sign, once they got their second check they disappeared they say they are too busy to come and check the sign up and that they will, but at this point I'm fed up, their installers came Installed the sign connected it didn't make sure it was working, left without doing any tests. Turns out the sign only turns on when its VERY dark and the sun has gone down, not even cloudy, you have no option to manually turn on the sign either so you have a sign that is dark on cloudy days and it defeats the purpose to have a lit up sign that does not lit up when you want to.

Really humbled people work here, I called and explained what I needed and their answer was bring it in, and I was out in less than 1 hour, happy with my truck lettering just how I wanted, no hassle no waiting long times like other guys in the area. ?? keep it up guys!
