Unprofessional stuff, the sales associate told me $116 for the perfume that I’m trying to get for my wife, when to pay
suddenly comes up to $150, I don’t recommend this store, got it from another Sephora in Clifton for a price that I couldn’t even imagine

Milly was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked into Sephora, she made my wife and me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and guided me with so much patience and knowledge. Milly has an amazing eye for color and helped my wife to find products that matched with her skin perfectly.
Her kindness, professionalism, and warm personality really stood out. Thanks to her, I left the store feeling confident and happy with my purchase.
I truly appreciate her exceptional customer service — Milly is a gem at Sephora!

Poor customer service. Seems understaffed. Everyone tells you something different from the other. I am traveling from out of state and I used the brand Claudalie. However, I forgot to pack my Vinopure cleanser, I went in with my best friend because she needed to replenish on some products. I then asked an associates if it were possible to get a travel size sample of the cleanser to use while I’m visiting for the weekend. I was told yes, it could be done and someone was going to bring it soon. We waited and waited, then finally I asked someone else, then I was told it would be a very small amount and it wouldn’t last me the weekend. There were a lot of conflicting stories about how it was not possible to get the sample. Then I noticed them staring at me in the corner and whispering to each other with a disgusted look on their faces. As if I being deceitful . I proceed to purchase a travel size kit of the Claudalie brand, which was unnecessary because I just replenished spending a little over $200 2 weeks ago. I even showed the purchase history to one of the associates. It seems as though all they cared about was making a sale. Thank God for my wonderful Sephora store in South Florida. Now I know not to travel without visiting my home store.

Stood there for 23 minutes waiting for someone to bring the device to check face skin color. I simply needed 2 Georgio Armani foundations and all salespeople were condescending and kept brushing us off with “ma’am, i already called someone to come and help”. Shitty service 🥲

Busy shop, not a lot of clean makeup stations, and a bit of a mess.. would you really want to try all those samples that everyone else is? Prices don't stop the kids from buying...

I’m so thankful for the staff here! I’m in town for a quick trip and didn’t realize until I went to put my makeup on in the airport bathroom that I left my entire makeup brush bag at my house…across the country.
THANK GOD I bumped into two girls’ girls who helped me find a replacement that doesn’t break the bank (after all, I am back home tomorrow night), and also a solution so I always have a set of brushes with me when I travel. I even got some samples to help me re-steer the vibe of the morning :-)
I only caught one name—- Jellesie (sp) —- and the other young lady were fantastic. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.
I came in frantic and stressed (and makeup-less!)
I left thankful and feeling fabulous.

Attention to detail was amazing. It was so fun to be there and be hyped by the entire staff. Everyone was able to assist me in their special ways either by lining my lips, or by holding my bags, and making sure I got my goodie bag. I never felt so much like a model and achievable of beauty. Everyone in there is so sweet.

I was treated as a second class citizen by Stacy the manager. I simply asked about Nars (I don't know much about makeup shopping was there to shop for my mother). She said you go outside, and kept on saying it, and then I said ok its outside I understand, I want to buy something from Sephora, she kept saying Nars is outside, and then left saying I don't understand what I want.
I went back to her because I was travelling from another country, and my family likes to shop from Sephora always , and therefore really needed help from someone, had to go back to that sorry excuse of a human being to get help, she said she doesn't help clients and kept on chatting with another employee instead of just helping a client. Called her out for her condescending behavior and that shameless woman still didn't care.
The other manager, God bless him, (sorry forgot to catch his name) came in to help and even tried products for me which I could show to my family.
Maybe Stacy was racist or probably treats people with brown skin as second class citizen. This was in the afternoon of 3rd June.

As expected, the store was packed, and even with that, I was attended to by a beautiful lady. She helped me with everything I needed, and I left fully satisfied.

I bought two products at Sephora and paid with my card and after I left the store the manager called me and took the products from me very angrily and told me to check my banking platform because the system indicated that my card did not go through. And I showed her my online banking which indicated that it did go through and the manager refused to give me the product. And she told me that if I want it I have to pay again. And I have the photo of my approved payment. Someone help me get my money back. And someone help me upload the photo I took when I paid. So that everything is evident. So much so that the manager spoke to the bank and got upset and closed the cash register and refused to give me my products. This happened on Friday, January 3 at 12:25 pm. I need help because the money was deducted from my account.
