What a waste of time and money. The chairs are used. They bury that deep on the website. I had to ask and they told me after I purchased. I have been waiting over 3 months for this one chair that is supposedly an overstock item. So frustrated.

Refurbished items was low quality. Lots of scratches and controls didn't work. Wrong armrest sent. No help from customer service.

Ordered a chair mid September. By end of month it still hadn't shipped. Asked seller what was going on and told it would ship by October 7th. October 14th arrives and still no chair so I asked seller what was going on. I was told it would go out by end of month.
Nope! I was offered the opportunity to cancel so I did. I was told a refund would occur between 7-9 business days. Here we are a full 10 business days out and they still have my $$.
I filed a dispute with my payment processor.

BYER BEWARE!!!!!. Would give 0 stars if I could! Claims free returns, but doesn't honor it. Aeon chair received was represented as re-conditioned, but was worn and defective. They string you along for a month, then no response. Worst purchase ever!!

I ordered a chair without consulting review sites on the internet, and then started getting some pretty severe buyers remorse when I didn't get an immediate response from the seller about a shipment or tracking number, etc and checked, and discovered a lot of claims that Seatingmind was a scam.
I can't speak for others, but I received my chair in about two weeks, it was properly packaged and in good condition and suits my needs just fine. So apparently sometimes this company does provide decent service. May you have similar luck should you decide to purchase from this company.

Beware. I ordered a chair that is featured, still today, on their website. 3 months later, I still hadn’t received it. Multiple unkept promises of delivery along the way. I finally asked for a refund and was told it would be processed. Two months later, it had not been. In summary, I never received the chair I ordered, I received multiple false assurances along the way that “it would ship soon”, and had to make multiple requests to get my refund processed. Trust me, you can do better elsewhere.

Filled a warranty claim and they just stopped responding! I contacted the manufacturer and they do not even have a direct relationship with the vendor. Do not buy from this website!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased 18 Hayworth chairs from them. Every single one of them had the cushion wrap they poorly glued on, come off. They replaced the first few, and then ghosted me. Filed a complaint with the BBB, and they ignored it. Thats a terrible sign. I now have to go to the manufacturer and purchase all new seat cushions, which will make the endeavor of buying refurbished chairs, a fools errand.

Never received my chair. After three weeks I reached out to ask where the chair was. They said it was shipping that week. Another couple weeks, still no chair. They replied that it was going to ship out a couple more weeks from now, then the next day, a month….Only reason i ordered from them is they said in stock ready to ship. It’s been 6 weeks and I have had them cancel the order, hopefully I get my money back. Total joke of a business. I’ve read other reviews saying the same thing happened to them. I would NEVER buy from them.

More importantly, the way seatingmind advertises the chairs it makes it sound like they are brand new but on clearance. The chair arrived with several scuffs, a stain, and nails sticking out the armrest.
Also, pictures are of new chairs not what you get.
Buyer beware of this misleading website.

If I could rate negative stars I would. This place is a scam. I know it looks tempting to get a name brand chair for a fraction of the price, but you don't even get what you pay for. You are MUCH better off saving your money for the real deal or buying it secondhand from someone local near you. Do NOT waste your time or money with this total scam. It's not a real business. They've had their license revoked and have been investigated by the BBB so many times. I'm astonished that they are somehow legally allowed to pretend to be a business.

I wish I could give them a worse rating. They falsely advertised a chair I purchased as new, unused, over purchased stock from a company during covid. The chair they sent was heavily used, the armrest looked as if a dog had chewed on it for a year. The base had freshly painted silver spray paint that rubbed off on my hands and clothes. The upgraded casters I paid extra for, were completely missing. I immediately reached out to the company to let them know I needed to reject the delivery (which they wouldn’t answer their phones), so had to email. I received an email reply 3 days later asking if i’d just keep the chair for a discount. I told them no, that I it wasn’t the chair advertised and needed to be returned for a full refund. It took them almost 2 weeks before they sent me a return label, for which they are charging me to have UPS pick it up from my location. These guys are a loser company — stay clear of them!! My next stop is BBB.

Horrible customer service. Sent a vinyl chair but said it was leather. I can’t get a single person to be reasonable. Took them two weeks to let me know i could package it up and send it back but it could take a week to ten days for the refund to post. I wouldn’t trust these people. I will keep the chair and consider it a loss. This place should be avoided! Shop elsewhere. In fact im not even sure the chair was new, or genuine. I suspect it’s counterfeit
