What a waste of time and money. The chairs are used. They bury that deep on the website. I had to ask and they told me after I purchased. I have been waiting over 3 months for this one chair that is supposedly an overstock item. So frustrated.

Refurbished items was low quality. Lots of scratches and controls didn't work. Wrong armrest sent. No help from customer service.

BYER BEWARE!!!!!. Would give 0 stars if I could! Claims free returns, but doesn't honor it. Aeon chair received was represented as re-conditioned, but was worn and defective. They string you along for a month, then no response. Worst purchase ever!!
