Bad bad bad !!!!! They offer you Clover service for businesses but it is for them to keep all the money, and when they start charging you high monthly amounts they want to keep almost the entire percentage of sales. In truth, do not accept this service, since it includes many third-party companies involved that keep everything, plus the percentage of the bank. & then you go and look for them to solve you and they are never there. Very disappointed with this bank.

I usually don’t do this but this place was highly unprofessional in all types of way! For starters, we made an appointment about 2 weeks ago and confirmed the appointment the day prior and 30 minutes before us going in. We were there 15 minutes before our appointment, we were greeted by a friendly security guard who tried to help us but the person we had the appointment with did not listen to her saying that we were there. The consultant Florida Aquiles, took someone else that was there after us after she was told 3 times that her 2pm was there. She comes out and tells us to go with someone else and we didn’t mind (mind you she did not apologize for her error and said she can’t do anything about it). We went with another young lady at the window and when we were there we gave her our documents to open a non-profit, but she said she couldn’t find the documents (she didn’t even look because they were right behind the page she had) we give her the paper and after that she asked for our IDs. We gave her them and a notice from the DMV that said one of the licenses were valid because of a name change and the instructions on how to use it as a proper ID. She proceed with nastiness saying that it’s not allowe, she cannot do anything for us. From the start they all had a nasty attitude, they were really unprofessional in helping open a bank account, really lazy and weren’t even trying to help us. They said they do not honor appointments even though we were there before. This place has irresponsible staff and are not true to there slogan!

This bank can have one or two cars in line and can be empty inside and they are still slow as molasses. Friday 7/1/22 10:00 Am ?unreal 2 cars in front and been on line for soooo long.

I told my son to go ask for his last statement at the branch, while waiting for the printout, an associate told him to apply for the ultimate cash reward card without telling him it will hit his credit score ( my son is 21 without much experience about how credit works ) his credit is 686 and still she just told him it’s a good card and that the perks are good ( true ) but also tell customers that it’s gonna hit the credit score (34 points down.) Anyways beware they will offer loans and credit card without telling that of course it depends on your credit worthiness and if you are naive like my son you will receive a letter denied for credit card. And points on your credit. If you need loans of credit and your credit it’s not good enough for Santander, try Upgrade got 10,500 without the hassle in 1 day ( soft credit inquiry not like Santander ) Avant it’s a good one too. Take your business somewhere else. Cause if you don’t have 705 plus Santander can’t help
